Brenda did such an excellent Swedish Body massage. She was very in tune to my needs - as far as what I needed and the pressure. She asked throughout the massage if I was comfortable and if the pressure was right. She has great customer service skills trying to make the most of the massage for me (us) the consumer. I highly recommend her and Unwind Bodywork!

First massage in a long time but it won't be my last!! Brenda was great and was very attentive to areas I specified. Very professional and the massage felt great! I have had pain in my shoulders when I sleep and last night was the first time in a long time I had a pain free sleep!! Thanks!!

Beth is a phenomenal practitioner. She has a calming nature and communicates well. She understands my unique needs and pain points, and tailors your massage experience accordingly. One thing that really sets Beth apart is that her passion overflows in her practice. She is an anatomy expert and has an intricate understanding of the human body. I always leave my sessions feeling relaxed and decompressed. I highly recommend Beth to anyone looking for relaxation or assistance with flexibility.

Beth is a life saver. I’m so thankful I found Thai massage. After going to physical therapy for a year and not finding much relief Beth found the issue and gets to work. I highly recommend Thai massage for anyone struggling with a lot of muscular pain. She’s very knowledgeable about the body and addresses areas of concern every session. It’s a very relaxing atmosphere.

This is my favorite type of massage. It’s so unique and for me it actually releases the fascia. I always go to Beth personally because she has an amazing ability to understand me personally not only in her massage but also personally. I highly recommend coming to unwind bodywork because they approach you as a whole and not just another massage.

Where do I even begin! I had never had a Thai Massage before so I was excited to experience it and learn more about it. I was hooked and a believer in the benefits of Thai Massage. Not only was I blown away by how I felt and the results after - a big one being improved range of motion, but Beth truly is an amazing therapist! She is SO knowledgeable, calming, and made the entire experience relaxing and comfortable. I encourage anyone who has been thinking about giving it a try, to stop thinking and waiting, and make it happen!!

I've been to Brenda 3 times now and those have been the best Swedish massage/hot stone I have ever had. Booked my 4th. She is very very good at what she does. I haven't tried the Thai massage yet but after reading the reviews will probably add that to the list.

Came in with lower back pain and neck and shoulder tension. Cassidy worked with me had a pleasant conversation while she twisted me into various pretzel shapes and I walked out feeling great. Before I left I had the next session scheduled. Cassidy was amazing! Thank you so much!

I am a lifelong customer. I have tried chiropractic, medical doctors, different massages. But there is no one like Beth. I have gone to her barely mobile and she has given me relief and freedom again! She is so knowledgeable but also spiritually in tune with healing. I am so blessed Unwind BodyWork! Book & you'll feel 16 again :)

I literally just had the best message of my LIFE! Many of you know I have a ton of hip problems after having three surgeries and I am always in pain and always nervous about having people touch me but Beth Petersen did such an amazing job not only being careful with my body but revealing so much of my pain! I can't say enough on how great my body feels. I highly recommend trying a Thia message from Beth because it is so new and different and leaves you feeling better than you have in a long time. I am looking forward to great nights of sleeping now that I am not hurting so bad!
