💯 recommend Autumn Blossom Holistic Wellness! Went to see Rachel for Chiropractic and Trevor for Massage. Rachel is well versed in kinesiology, anatomy and physiology. She has multiple options for adjustments and made sure my body felt safe before attempting any big adjustments. She uses cranial sacral alongside her chiropractic knowledge leaving me feeling well balanced and my nervous system feeling safe. Trevor has an amazing knowledge of the human body and listens when I say I’m a whimp when it comes to pain. I explained my body often guards against deep tissue and he was easily able to accommodate my needs. Trevor seemed to know how to listen to the body.Between the two of them I feel amazing even days later! I’m pretty sure both of these two are body whispers!

Such wonderful providers! Both are very communicative and check in regularly to make sure you’re comfortable. Dr. Rachel’s style is gentle and supportive, never pushing past what the body can handle, and using a combination of modalities to support mobility and whole-body wellness. I went in after wrenching my shoulder and could feel the improvement and relief almost immediately!

This place is great. Super professional and calming space. I've been looking for a good masseuse since I work at a desk all day and also do strength training and never stretch... whoops. All of these bad habits have added up and my back has been screaming at me lately. Not only did Trevor provide some much needed relief, he also counciled me on some stretches I could do at home as well as some good habits to prevent my back from getting to this point. Very knowledgeable and skilled masseuse. It felt like the volume was turned down on the rest of my day, I left feeling so relaxed and calm. You can tell they are passionate here and actually care about their clients. I appreciate that and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

Both Trevor and Rachel were very friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. My visit included a massage that was more on the therapeutic side than the spa style which was very professionally done by Trevor. Along the procedure, Trevor made sure that I was comfortable, made sure I wasn't in pain and if I was to see if he needed to adjust the amount of pressure. I also received an adjustment from Rachel and she was a pleasure to work with. She was very informative and very reassuring of all the steps she would go through while doing the adjustment. Rachel also made sure I was comfortable while going through each step and made the whole process a breeze. I would highly recommend them for either chiropractic work or just a therapeutic massage to make take away the aches and pains of daily life.

I highly recommend this practice! I saw Trevor for massage. He's compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. His technique is both comfortable AND effective. I went in with lower back pain and limited mobility and left feeling much better!

Great place and people. I came in with neck and back pain which was starting to affect my daily activities. I left feeling better than I had felt in months! I also received advised on stretches and things to do at home, they have been working great! Truly amazing experience all around!

My body filed a formal complaint. I ignored it for years. Autumn Blossom fixed it in an hour. I walked in carrying the accumulated tension of approximately 400 hours of poor posture, bad sleep, and life choices I’m not ready to discuss publicly. Before he touched anything, Trevor actually sat down and asked me questions. Not “face up or face down”, real questions. What hurts, what’s been bothering you, what do you need today. I felt mildly called out by how much I had to say. Then he got to work and found every knot I didn’t know I had and a few I did know about and had simply been ignoring since 2022. He worked through them methodically, like he had a personal vendetta against my tension. It was uncomfortable in the best possible way. The kind of uncomfortable where you know something is actually being fixed. I walked out feeling like a freshly updated piece of software — same hardware, dramatically improved performance. The vibe is calm without being aggressively zen. No whale sounds. No one handed me a crystal. Just evidence-based bodywork from people who know what they’re doing — at prices that won’t require you to refinance anything. They also have a $20/month membership that gets you 30% off everything, which is either a pricing mistake or proof that these are genuinely good humans. Go. Book it. Your back will stop being mad at you.

The owners are passionate about their work and truly dedicated to helping people find relief from a variety of ailments. I came in with foot pain, and after my massage, I noticed significant relief in my feet along with much less tension throughout my body. The studio itself is calm, welcoming, and inviting!
