Bodywise is an incredible wellness spa in Driggs! The services are outstanding, with a wide variety of high-tech options to explore. I tried the infrared sauna, and it felt amazing — but the true star of the show (for me) was the QBed. I seriously can’t stop thinking about it! The environment is clean, quiet, and deeply relaxing. Amy is incredibly knowledgeable and such a joy to be around — she makes the whole experience even better. I’m already looking forward to going back and trying more services. They also offer fantastic monthly specials, so be sure to check those out. Plus, the location is perfect — right in the heart of town. Highly recommend!

Met with Amy to discuss alternative treatments. Started using the Q bed. The bed is warm, comfortable, beautiful music, and aromatherapy. It gives me a nice, calming experience. I will definitely be back to use the QBed and try additional therapies. Amy and her staff are amazing with knowledgeable about the therapies. I’m happy Bodywise is close to home!

I have to say I was impressed with how the local Cryo helped my injury to my ribs. The local team got me up and running by supporting my need for 3x daily and came in early and stayed late to help recover. love love this place. 6 Stars to the team and highly recommend it

I absolutely love this place. My son had pain in his knee he went in the cryo and felt a huge difference the next day. Pain free. Such a great atmosphere, Amy is so kind and wants to help others heal. We will be back.

I call Bodywise the fountain of youth because it has dramatically changed the way my body feels in the day to day. I’ve been consistent in my weekly Cryo therapy and infrared sauna sessions for years now, and have felt massive improvements with my chronic inflammation issues, energy levels, immune system and overall physical well being. It sped up my recovery tenfold after my accident 4 years ago and helped me walk again exponentially faster than the doctors thought I would - if you’re suffering from chronic ailments, recovering from an injury, feeling lethargic or just wanting something to boost your morale - Amy’s got you covered! I couldn’t be more sold on the services offered at Amy’s little oasis, 10 out of 10 recommend!

I'm an active 53 yr old with a career that has me mobile, winter and summer sports and the gym. After 50 began getting all sorts of achy or painful joints, muscles, tendons and semi regular mild injuries. It was crushing my active time and making my chill time uncomfortable. I started doing cryo at Bodywise regularly and it has changed everything. My active time and recovery time are lights years different. My joints and parts feel so much better. The huge calorie burn of each session is super helpful for fitness, and the sessions give you a serious shot in the arm. I mean if pro athletes are doing it, it must do the trick. I highly recommend Bodywise and it's a nice, clean, relaxing environment in there as well.

I love Bodywise Wellness Spa. The moment you walk in, it feels calm and welcoming. Amy is friendly, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable and getting what you need. Every visit leaves me feeling relaxed, refreshed, and taken care of. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great place to unwind and focus on your well-being.

We are so fortunate to have Amy in Teton Valley with the Bodywise bussiness to help people restore there health and coach us. People travel from differnt states to use the cryo machine. I tried it for two different sessions in one day it helped with the pain in my back and knees csused by arthritus. Amy is very professional and knowleable. If you are struggling with pain and need different solutions go see Amy.
