Booking an appointment with a new male massage therapist had me unsure at first but he made me extremely comfortable and went out of his way to make the experience enjoyable. The massage itself was amazing and perhaps the best part is that I was able to treat myself to something I otherwise wouldnt have been able to afford. I know it was worth more than I was able to pay but he still sent me off with a "have a good day" and a smile on his face. 10/10

I ABSOLUTELY recommend Trave deyoung as a massage therapist!!! I’m a female, and was kind of nervous to schedule with a man, but trave absolutely went ABOVE & BEYOND! From conversation to the massage he absolutely was beyond respectful! If I could give 10 stars I would in a heartbeat. I booked for a 2 hour massage & my expectations were beyond excelled. Not only was it a deep tissue massage , but he massaged me in places I didn’t even know I could get massaged. Whenever I say deep tissue he absolutely did just that. I woke up this morning feeling sore, but feeling like a brand new mom😂‼️. He truly goes above and beyond. He messaged my hair and my head (I didn’t know I would have recieved that), but my lord it was GREAT! He put on relaxing tunes and the room was such a peaceful place and set up. I absolutely would recommend him X100, and definitely will be returning. Also to mention, I have herniated disc & he targeted and focused on the parts in my body that were causing the pain in my lower back. I’ve never been so satisfied with a job, like trave provided ! If you are someone like me who contemplates on getting massaged , lay your worries to rest and boom with trave! I absolutely needed every 2 hours of that, and I do not regret my decision one bit. 🫰🏽

I had an absolutely amazing massage with Travis! From the moment I arrived, he made me feel comfortable and listened carefully to my concerns. His professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. He was able to target areas of tension I didn't even realize were causing discomfort and I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and pain-free. Travis has a true gift for therapeutic massage and creates a welcoming, calming atmosphere throughout the entire session. This was by far one of the best massages I've ever received, and I can't recommend him highly enough. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about your well-being and delivers exceptional results, Travis is the one to see!

I have tried a lot of different massage therapists in the area over the last few years (Some great, some not so great ) I had been struggling with some neck and shoulder pain lately. I came across a post on Facebook and said "why not." I went ahead and booked cajun bliss and I could not be more pleased! I met with a pleasurable gentlemen that took his time asking questions and explaining a good course of action. He offered to change the booking time from 60 to a 90 minute session to work more on the neck and shoulder area and to have a relaxing, all -over massage. (since neither one of us had immediate plans) I can say that I left the session feeling great, not overly sore like with some other therapists. (or feeling like I just wasted time with them rubbing lotion on me). I always get a medium to deep tissue massage so I'm not a stranger to it. He is a bit heavy- handed so if you prefer a LIGHT massage, you may want to specify that. I, on the other hand, thought the pressure was just right. I did have a few tender spots but he worked them out gracefully and didn't hurt me or make me want to jump off the table. I generally don't like my feet touched but he suggested to a hot towel massage and that felt wonderful. My ankles haven't popped like that in ages. He also did a scalp massage, which a few therapists that I've been to, haven't done. I had a slight headache at the beginning of the session and it was gone by the time I left. Some therapist have been rough with some pulling of the hair. He was very gentle with the moving of the hair. I wasn't uncomfortable at all. Needless to say, I will be booking again!

Really enjoyed it , Mr Travis is so welcoming and makes it so peaceful I went to sleep on the massage table. I love the areas he focused on took so much tension off of my shoulders. The office is so quiet and nice real smooth I would highly recommend 20/10 ! Thank you Mr Travis ! 🙏

Had my first massage with Travis at Cajun Hands of Bliss, and it was a great experience! I carry most of my tension in my shoulders and upper back, and he did an excellent job working out the knots while still providing a thorough full-body massage. He went above and beyond what I expected and even used warm bamboo sticks on my back and neck, which felt amazing. Travis is also friendly and professional, and I felt comfortable from the moment we started talking. If you're looking for a great massage therapist who genuinely cares about his clients, I highly recommend Cajun Hands of Bliss!

As someone who suffers from chronic neck and back pain, along with overall tension, nerve entrapment, and adhesions, it’s rare for me to find a massage therapist who truly provides relief. Many therapists tend to follow the same routine for every client, but Travis stands out because he genuinely listens. He customizes each session, incorporating stretching, reflexology, trigger point therapy, and guided breathing techniques. This thoughtful approach made a noticeable difference in how I felt afterward. Travis also made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session and was very respectful of my modesty, especially during stretching, which I really appreciated. His attention to detail is exceptional—for example, as someone with very long hair, I noticed he made sure no strands were caught or pulling during movements, which can easily become uncomfortable. That level of care did not go unnoticed.He never rushed and took his time to focus on my specific needs. The warm towels and infused lotion were a great touch and added to the overall experience. Travis is clearly dedicated to his craft, and it shows in every aspect of his work!!

If you've been searching for a LMT who is heavy handed in the best way, Travis is the one you're looking for! I've always had horrible knots in my upper back & shoulders but Travis worked those out in no time at all with heavy pressure & a deep tissue massage. It was the most relaxed I've been in so long! The atmosphere is very soothing, calm & quiet with dim lighting, soft music & the smell of essential oils - it's so easy to fall asleep right on the table while your muscles melt from the massage. Highly recommended for those who love deep tissue & really need a heavier hand than most LMTs in the area can provide & I can't wait until next time!
