Nestled right on the strip of a quaint little town, this salon and spa defies first impressions. While it looks modest and small from the outside, the interior is surprisingly big and has a beautifully designed space that feels both bright and inviting. They offer an impressive variety of services, including everything from spray tans, professional haircuts, and mani-pedis. However, the standout feature is undoubtedly their head spa; while I have enjoyed other services here in the past, the head spa truly takes the cake for being exceptionally relaxing and refreshing. The experience was made even better by Andie and Molly, who were absolutely awesome at taking care of both me and my friend. They were incredibly detailed and informative, explaining every step of the process so we knew exactly what to expect. We never felt rushed; instead, they went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. The entire staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a pleasure. Plus, the convenience of having dedicated parking available around the back makes the trip completely stress-free. I am already looking forward to returning for more services soon. I came home so relaxed that it made my husband want to book an appointment!

I went in to do my very first head spa. My stylist was Becca and she was so sweet and did an amazing job. I was so relaxed leaving there that I just got home and am going to take a nap 😆 1,000,000% recommend for anyone who just needs a relaxing day to themselves. I am actually another salon owner in the area and always wanting to see other local businesses do well and this spot is incredible. Very welcoming and such a super cute space. Great job, guys! I will be back and will definitely be recommending y’all! ❤️ Thank you so much!

The staff at Cloud 9 did a wonderful job taking care of my sister, mom, mother-in-law and myself for my Sept 2nd wedding nails. They were sweet, professional and accommodating. I usually have a hard time keeping a manicure nice, but my nails completely lasted through the honeymoon. Highly recommend Cloud 9!!

The salon is absolutely stunning! John did an incredible job with my balayage. Overall, the experience was everything I could've asked for and more!!! I'm looking forward to my next visit!

This is my third appt with Zoe, she is always friendly and professional. I have previously just done a lash lift. I chose a lash tint too this time and I was not disappointed. My eye lashes are blond on the ends and they do NOT curl anymore and I have tried every kind of curler (heated included). You can see in the before & after photos how much more noticeable my lashes are.

What a great experience. I made a last minute appointment and was more than pleased with the outcome. I will now be a regular customer here! I got balayage done by Kala and a cut and style. She hit it out of the park. I absolutely love my hair and I have already gotten so many compliments. Kala was so sweet and truly understood the assignment. I already made my follow up!

Got my hair done by kala and it’s amazing! So happy with it. She took the time to meet with me beforehand and listen to exactly what I wanted. She did research before the appointment and came up with a plan of action to make my dreams of having blue hair come true!
