Luke was very welcoming both before and after! wonderful atmosphere for the hot/cold plunge. Highly recommend for a date night. We will for sure be coming back

Went to Deep for our first contrast therapy session. Luke greeted us upon walking in and was really insightful in to the process and how to best use the facility for our 90 minute session. The facility was very clean and inviting, will maintaining a calm and meditative atmosphere. We're very interested to do a float soon, and to return for more contrast therapy. Upon paying, we noticed that Deep also has a paid membership option that saves the user on a multitude of options. We look forward to returning soon!

I had an amazing first visit. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They did a great job with the directions before my first float so everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

My husband and I do 60-minute fire and ice sessions on the regular. We love it. The facilities are thoughtfully designed and very well maintained. The people are welcoming and kind. And we feel so incredible after fire and ice. We highly recommend!

Discovering this sauna in Rapid City was a delightful surprise for my daughter and me. From the moment we stepped in, a sense of tranquility enveloped us. The impeccably clean facilities created a welcoming atmosphere, and the unique combination of a hot sauna and cold bath in one room offered an enticing experience. The sauna, adorned with salt rocks, engaged my senses, inducing a profound state of relaxation. The subsequent cold ice bath provided a refreshing clarity that left me feeling rejuvenated. We enjoyed the entire experience so much that I regret not finding this gem sooner. For anyone planning a visit, I highly recommend booking in advance. It's a remarkable place that promises not only cleanliness and relaxation but also a perfect blend of traditional and invigorating elements. We'll certainly be making reservations ahead of time for our next visit to Rapid City.

I absolutely love it here. The owner is very nice and informative, I haven't meet his wife but my friend tells me she is just and nice. It is a beautiful wellness center and I look forward to going more often and to trying the other things they offer. I tried the fire and ice first (sauna and cold plunge) and I can't wait to try the float tanks next.

The PEMF table has changed my life! I had terrible hip pain that required injections, pain medication and sleep aids to help me sleep at night to having pretty much ZERO pain which allowed me to get off the nightly pain meds and sleep aids. Luke is amazing and very knowledgeable on PEMF. If you’re looking for a natural pain solution, I urge you to at least try PEMF. It has been a game changer for me. I’ve also done the floats which are amazing as well. I love this place!!

Beautiful clean space. I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in. I'm eight months pregnant and have been having some low back and pelvic pain. After the float it felt so much better! I also felt an overall peaceful feeling. I highly recommend this place. If I lived in Rapid full time I would be a regular here.

Milidi was so wonderful. She did such a fantastic job. Came in to see her with a body full of pain and left a COMPLETELY different person after a beautiful massage. Just a fantastic experience and such a peaceful relaxing place. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the magic you worked on my back
