Don’t purchase a membership unless you want to lose what you paid for. They expire 60-90 days after cancellation and they don’t even inform you of that. They expect you to read the fine print of the contract yet don’t even verbalize to the clients or integrate any of this via email communications thereafter. I called because I was not made aware of this. When I was attempting to redeem credits they told me there was nothing they could do. Blamed it on the system and the new management that took over but could not correct the previous managements error. Instead they said since we can’t call them and confirm or trust the he said she said, we cannot offer you those credits you paid for back. I asked to speak to Erin’s boss and she claimed she cannot offer any info for me to talk to someone above her. I asked her for contact information to leave a review or maybe someone in corporate and she refused to also offer that info. Stated they won’t do anything for you yet spoke for them without their consent. I called this out and she just kept giving me a runaround without taking responsibility or attempting to but made excuses and blaming everything outside of her. The employee before her had the same demeanor as well and I will say as a business owner myself, there is such a thing of accommodation when it comes to keeping a client and a potential sale. You allow them to have their credits back, let them know for future reference and then make a note on the account. Of course with corporations it doesn’t work that way or maybe they don’t know who or how someone is running this location when they aren’t looking. Either way, you’re a number not a customer. Obey, comply and let them have your money without regards to their own errors or find somewhere else. Will not be returning or going to ANY one of these locations period. Unless someone fixes it, I hope this review helps others realize the way they operate so they can consider if it’s worth it.

I had an amazing facial with Joselin today and I couldn’t be happier! She was professional, gentle, and made the whole experience so relaxing. My skin feels refreshed and glowing. If you’re looking for a great esthetician in Novi, I highly recommend booking with Joselin at this spa on Grand River Ave!

I had the pleasure of receiving a facial from Sidney, and it was absolutely amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand my skin concerns. I came in with very dry, scaly skin around my nose, and he worked his magic—leaving my skin smooth, refreshed, and glowing. His professionalism and expertise made the entire experience relaxing and effective. I highly recommend Sidney if you’re looking for real results and a truly great facial!

My massage was amazing! Jen, at the front desk, was SO nice. Also, my massage therapist was incredible. She was able to get some nagging knots out of my neck and listened to me on what my issues were. I cannot wait to schedule my next session! Update: I see Sherry now regularly - she is fantastic!!

Mallary at Hand and Stone Novi is a miracle worker!! She was able to relieve my low back muscle tension like no one else has been able to. She is a lifesaver. She's also extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and takes the time to tailor the massage to your specific needs. Highly recommend her!

Amazing! Staff is so nice. Super Clean. I had a massage and facial. Best 2 hours spent on myself in a long time. I highly recommend! I felt so comfortable and relaxed. I feel 20 years younger. My skin is absolutely glowing! I was having shoulder and neck pain due to stress and it’s gone! I feel incredible!

Joselin is absolutely phenomenal! She truly understands my skin and always knows the perfect treatment for my dry skin. Leaving me with a radiant glow. As a stay at home mom I have a hard time scheduling self-care time but Joselin & staff were very accommodating & I was able to go in with my 3 year old daughter. 🥰 The facial was relaxing and I felt completely pampered. Definitely recommend ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sydney for a facial and Tarikk for massage. 10/10 Sydney had my skin glowing and felt soooo smooth. Tarikk was able to work on some muscles that have been tight for literal decades at this point. I would 1000% recommend these two for your services!

As a man who doesn't take care of his face as he probably should, going to a facial for the first time was invigorating. Joselin was super informative and kept me updated on everything she was applying, making sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. She left me much more knowledgeable about my face and how to take care of it. I will definitely be returning for her services again, can't recommend her enough!
