A friend of mine got sexually assaulted here. She got what was supposed to be a back massage only and her ended up only touching her on her butt the entire time. Worst massage place you can go. Do not spend money here.

Absolutely wonderful experience. One of my top 5 massage experiences (and I have had dozens). I deal with chronic pain and I was getting to the point where I was starting to lock up all throughout my body restricting my movement. They did a fantastic job unlocking my muscles and giving me back my ability to move. I was extremely impressed what they can do in just 30mins and they gave me the option to extend my time which I wholeheartedly did. Reasonably priced experience. Yes it’s a bit nerve racking to lay in an open area but if that’s not for you they have a room they use near Macys as well. They take payment in the form of cash app or Venmo. Plus the lady who was working on me actually helped target the muscles in my butt something a lot of places work around and don’t actually target but for me is a major source of pain as I have restricted movement in my low back. I noticed a review saying the lady was shaking them and yes I noticed this but she was testing my movement and would target the areas where nothing budged. I highly recommend this place to anyone else that suffers from stiff muscles. I also would also recommend you wear comfortable clothes that don’t restrict their access to manipulating the muscles as they cover you with a sheet fully clothed.

Worst customer service I ever experienced !! Five of us came in for a 50 minute massage . The two ladies say ok. But as soon as another couple walks in they said no we can only do 20 minute massages for all of you . But the thing is she was very very rude about it . She just lost the business $300 . Stupidity at its finest

One of the worst massages I’ve ever had. I asked for a 60 minute deep tissue, which they said they could do, and it was far from that. The lady applied no strength - only surface rubbing and some weird, ineffective shaking. She had zero awareness of what muscle groups she was attempting to rejuvenate. Then she jumped on my back and started stepping and standing on me (with her shoes on). Imagine a small Chinese lady standing on you while you’re face down on a table in an office building suite. I was at the Allendale Rd location. Apparently there’s one in the mall too. I was freezing because she removed the sheet from me while she was doing her weird things. I’m sort of laughing at this point because she clearly had no idea what she was doing. She said she’d been doing massage for 13 years. I doubt it. She was clearly not trained on how to “heal”. This place seems like a shell company or some sort of scam. She insisted on $30 + tip after I stopped her 30 minutes into the appointment. English was terrible. She was offended that I would end it early. So weird.

my husband and close friend got a massage here. we were celebrating her birthday and thought she'd enjoy it and she did. my husband got intrigued and tried it out and loved it also. totally recommend

I am a regular customer and highly recommend Healing Massage. If you are suffering from neck/shoulder/back pain this is the place for you! Forget about going to a Chiropractor, do yourself a favor and go here, you'll be glad you did!
