There are good massages and then there are massages by Lana, she is by far the best in her field! I have been coming to her for about 2 years now and I can see and feel how she has transformed my body and face. Her Lymphatic drainage massage is what I usually get and my body thanks me every time. I cannot recommend Lana at Natural Rejuvenation in Paoli highly enough! I was looking for a facial and scalp massage and came across Lana's studio in my search. I have now been back 3 times and have scheduled a 4th visit. Lana has unlocked areas where I have had pain and questions about for months. She is so knowledgeable and informative about how our bodies work and how all of our systems work together.
