My 14 year old daughter had a 60 minute relaxation massage scheduled. We checked in with Mia at the desk. We signed all consents indicating she was a minor. Mia said nothing more. She had my daughter go sit down and wait for the therapist in a separate waiting area, and she saw me leave and tell my daughter I was going to do some errands. 10min down the road, my daughter called asking me to come back. She said the therapist told her since she was a minor I had to be there in the room during the massage. I turned around and went back. The massage started 16 minutes after the hour. We had to pay for a 60 minute relaxation massage that we didn’t receive. A new gal was at the front when we checked out telling us she had called the owner/manager. The manager told her my daughter would’ve had to get up out of the assigned room and end the service in order for us to not be charged for a full 60min. I asked how my daughter was supposed to know this and the girl said “She wouldn’t.” I am disappointed in this level of customer service. Have the front desk/Mia know what she’s doing with a minor and this could have been avoided altogether. Your lack of instruction was not our fault and we paid for a full service and received a partial one. Do better! I hope you gave the 16 minutes of nothing pay to the therapist for her tip.

On time for my appointment. Checked in. Brought inside to wait 5 minutes and then the receptionist tells me my esthetician had an emergency and if I can rebook?! Ahh no! I drove 20 minutes. Shouldn't she have known that prior to checking me in?! 1st experience and my last.

I have had their monthly membership for almost a year now and it has been the best thing I have ever done for myself. The staff are all extremely kind and friendly. Jordan is my go to massage therapist as he is capable of the extra firm pressure that I prefer. He has helped me work through multiple muscular issues, answered all my questions thoroughly, and has done it all with genuine caring, kindness, and a dash of good humor.

This place is a total scam!!! My husband booked a 90-minute massage for my birthday. When I checked in, I was offered “add-ons,” and I chose to add a 15-minute foot scrub/ massage. Naturally, I expected a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes. Ohhh no—absolutely not what I got. I was completely finished in less than 1 hour and 15 minutes. When I asked the front desk, I was told that a “90-minute” massage isn’t actually a full 90 minutes, and that the so-called “add-on” isn’t extra time at all—you’re just paying for them to use the time you already paid for differently. So to be very clear: You are NOT getting the time you pay for. “Add-ons” are NOT additional time. You ARE being overcharged for less service than advertised. I’m quite sure getting ripped off wasn’t the birthday surprise my husband had in mind.

This was my first time visiting this Massage Envy location in Boise, Idaho; as I am traveling and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and was promptly checked in by the receptionist. I was then brought to the waiting area. After sitting there for about five minutes, I was informed that my esthetician “couldn’t make it” and was asked if I wanted to reschedule. There were no advance notice, no phone call before my appointment, and no real explanation just a last-minute cancellation after I had already arrived and checked in. As a first-time client, this was not a great introduction. I understand that things happen, but notifying clients before they arrive especially when they are on time and ready for their appointment should be standard practice. Very frustrating and not the level of professionalism I expected. 1st and last time at this location.

Hannah did an amazing job on my face. I was so dehydrated from a recent illness and my skin was so dry. She explained all the products and what they were doing. My face looked so hydrated and fresh. She’s amazing!

I received a massage from Stacie at the State Street Massage Envy location in Boise Idaho. On her profile it states that she does light to medium pressure but do not let that deter you if you prefer deep tissue because she knows how to manipulate and work the right areas and when I went in yesterday, I was unable to have full range of motion of my head due to stiffness in my neck and upper back. She was able to release the tension and I feel incredible today! I will be going back to her for sure!
