I wish the information I got from reception was more consistent. When I signed up I was told I can gift my massages and wanted to give one to my husband. I was then told they have to be a member to recieve gifted massages. I was also informed my account was a trial and would expire after 3 months. I continued getting charged after those 3 months so I figured I was now locked into an account for a year minimum. After closing my account I had a large ammount of hours to use in 2 months and am now being told someone doesnt need to be a member to recieve a gifted massage. Im no longer sure whom to believe as informatiom seems to change in order to benefit the business over the customer. I would have likely kept my account if the information recieved was congruent and trustable. The person whom I worked the best with for massages retired and nobody comes close to their abilities. Though in spending my extra hours I found facial and skin enhancements here that I love. Unfortunately im already in cancellation of my account otherwise id keep going for the skin treatments.

Elijah is very disrespectful. I called trying to get clarification on an appointment and was hanged up on. My card was charge for a service I did not receive after being told to reschedule in 3 weeks for a female service. These people are deceptive and thieves and are not sure about what they have on their website. There is no option to select whether you are comfortable with a male or female doing the job. Yet still when you go in person you do not have a choice to choose who you would like to give you the massage. The place is a scam. Make sure you watch out for those fees they may wanna swipe off your card. Still waiting on the call I was promised to get from the franchise owner

I booked a consultation for my husband. The website did not give me an option to select male or female. When my husband went there it was a male who was offering the service. He asked for a female to get the job done and was told that he would have to reschedule in 3 weeks which he agreed to. I tried called to get some clarification on the appointment and the male was very disrespectful and hang the phone up in my ears. They are very rude and deceptive. I need my refund!!! Why should we not have a choice in choosing what gender we are comfortable with giving us a massage

Clean relaxing environment. Easy check in/ check out process. The room was welcoming and relaxing.the table was nice and warm. The massage therapist was very thorough when explaining what she would be doing. She checked on me multiple times throughout the session

The massages here are pretty nice but who ever the esthetician is, doesn't show up to work. I've had the last 4 facial appointments canceled because they called out, today I didn't find out until I got there.

Don’t get a membership. It’s not worth it. At least for me, I haven’t been able to book times that work for my schedule and you only have the availability to book out 45 days so I haven’t been able to get on the schedule for my availability in advance. So I haven’t used my membership bc of that. So I just have $85 coming out of my account every month and if I cancel I loose all those massages and money. It’s a trap.

Booked a massage session with Adam online. Not only was I called 10 minutes late but when he called me he said he hated doing spa like massages and said he was going to do a clinical massage on me. He said he knows it's against policy but said he didn't care. Then said it was important that we talk throughout the session when all I wanted to do was unwind. Kept bad mouthing spa treatments and how clinical massages were much more effective. If I wanted a clinical massage I would have gone to my physical therapist. But this session wasn't about me, the paying customer. It was about him and what he wanted to do. What a weird place. Never going back there again.

I’ve seen 3 massage therapists here so far; Rose, Art, and Robert. All three have been great! Really kind people here and are usually able to fit me in with short notice. Despite liking everyone I’ve seen, I think I will stay with Robert - he is a great conversationalist, super knowledgeable about his craft, and magic with his hands! Would highly recommend him for your care.

I am completely dissatisfied with my experience at Massage Envy. The amount of massages I have scheduled just to be canceled the day of service is appalling. I recently had to cancel a massage for both my husband and I due to a medical emergency, assured that it would not be charged. Yet, it was charged.. I understand the reason for them charging due to last minute cancellation but they have canceled on me numerous times through my 1.5 year membership.. and they offer nothing to make up for it. I’m 35 weeks pregnant and desperate for these massages. I showed up for a massage today, which apparently had been removed from the schedule due to their new system. I’ve cancelled my membership and booked out services to use my remaining credits. I booked 7 massages for end of July and month of August.. 3/7 have been canceled and due to their lack of employees, they can’t even get me on the schedule. I am incredibly disappointed in Massage Envy as a whole, they have not once offered any consolation for the trouble they have put me through. I regret ever signing up for this membership in the first place. I just want to use up these hours and never have to be involved with this place again. They get 1 star because the few massages I have been able to enjoy at this place were quite nice.

Ms. Marx, LMT was amazing!! I came into town for vacation and wanted to get some therapy for my tired body. She was very skilled and professional finding all the areas that needed the most attention. Great start to vacation!
