I tried swedish massage at Oasis spa, Kirkland. It's pretty welcoming & decorated place.Yumi was amazing.She tried to release my stress & back pain a lot.Very knowledgeable.Highly recommend her

Update: I visited again today and unfortunately encountered the same issue as during my first massage—being required to leave a 20% tip. I was under the impression this had been resolved by the owner. I reached out to her, and although she was apologetic, the experience was still disappointing and left a negative impression. I had an amazing experience at this spa! Lucy provided a truly relaxing and rejuvenating massage, leaving me feeling refreshed and at ease. The owner went above and beyond by offering me a complimentary session after a previous visit that didn’t quite meet my expectations—a gesture that speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. The atmosphere is peaceful, clean, the staff is welcoming, and the service is top-notch. This place is truly a hidden gem in Kirkland, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality massage experience!

Honestly this was my first time ever going to get a massage. In town for work and saw this place while my coworker and myself were walking to get dinner the night before. Tough couple of days so I figured I'd give it a try. The masseuse tried very hard to make me feel comfortable and have a good experience, but I just couldn't relax. Not her fault. She was very sweet and I felt bad that she had been there since 10am and I was only her 2nd client at 6pm. The only negative I can add is that my 1 hour massage was at best 45 minutes. Kind of a bummer, but it is what it is. *Update*- I was contacted by the owner and offered a free half hour massage. As I don't live in the area, it's unlikely I'll be able to take advantage of it anytime soon. She also told me she checked the camera for the front door and that I walked in at 6:08 and walked out at 7:08, saying that I only lost maybe 5 minutes, so maybe that's more accurate.

Amazing and professional quiet little massage spa I was so lucky to find tonight! I opted for the deep tissue massage and they did not disappoint! I'm a big guy 6ft 250+ lbs and always knotted up from the gym and normally these little spas can't go hard enough or work the tissue deep enough to break things up and released the tension but she was determined and achieved what most others couldn't so for that I am extremely happy and will be back for more.

Got a couple’s deep tissue massage and had a great experience. The masseurs took time to assess and focused on target areas before doing full body work. Will be back!

I had the most terrible experience at this place. I had a lash extension appointment and they had literally zero customer service, almost as if they didn’t want to do their job. If I could give zero stars I will. They are very rude and unprofessional, it was my first time coming here and will definitely be my last. Avoid this place at all cost! Trust me I have been to other places in the area with much better quality services.

I had eyelash extension done yesterday. It was terrible i booked for hybrid set but i got not even close to hybrid set or classic set. I thought she didn’t certify or don’t have enough knowledge for that. Very frustrated and disappointed
