Very odd experience. Called prior to book appointment for me and two friends, once we arrived we were questioned to why we were there and what we want. We asked for a massage and receptionist laughed in our faces and called us children. She then asked us for identification to verify our ages (all of us being 20/21) - so we left very confused. Not sure what’s going on here or what services require older ages but we were all very uncomfortable and left promptly.

I’ve been visiting Rising Sun Spa for many years, and it’s always an exceptional experience. The massages are outstanding—deeply relaxing, therapeutic, and truly beneficial for my health. My experience was terrible today ! The lady at the front desk was rude! Paying for a service I didn’t receive yet with that attitude is so unprofessional! I don’t not recommend this place!!! Bad service!

I have very tight shoulder muscles and need massages every 2 weeks. I have tried many places around me. This place offers the best massage I’ve had in years. Nancy has excellent skill. Also the rooms are clean. The only thing weird is they ask the customers to pay before the service. Do they think I’ll just run away without paying afterwards? It’s not a problem for me to pay upfront, but I would say that’s not common in the US.

Omg - I can’t speak highly enough about Rising Sun Spa! I called for a last minute appointment and they fit me right in. Best 60 minutes of my life. I walked in super tense, sore and in pain, and walked out feeling so relaxed, rejuvenated and calm! This was an amazing massage and they really cater to your needs! Can’t wait to come bask for another massage. 🤍

I called and made an appointment for a certain time confirmed this 3 times and when I got there I still had to wait. The person answering the phones seems a bit disorganized. The pressure was to intense and I mentioned this but there was no change.
