I’ve been getting my hair cut by Jenny for about two years, and she is absolutely amazing. She’s incredibly friendly, professional, and always makes sure I leave looking and feeling my best. Her attention to detail and consistency are unmatched, and I can confidently say she has the best skills of any hairstylist in the Seattle area. I absolutely love my new hair! The stylist took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave helpful suggestions. The salon was clean, professional, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The color and cut came out even better than I expected. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have appointments with Mike today for eye lash. Mike did an amazing job on my lashes! He was very detailed, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I absolutely love how my lashes turned out—they look beautiful, feel so lightweight, and aren't uncomfortable at all. Highly recommend Mike if you're looking for gorgeous, natural-looking lashes!

I will give two stars for the staff but the service of lashes was below my expectations. Lashes attached to my skin, heavy and definitely not what I asked for. I requested short even length with no special adjustments very naturally shaped and ended up with hybrid long painful lashes. Also did the spa head massage which was good but the bathroom smelled awful and I don’t mean just smelled bad on one occasion. It smelled bad on two separate days coming like the sewer was causing a terrible smell. Model pricing for free service on Facebook ended up being 45min late and they forgot I scheduled. While the table was comfortable the technician kept dropping her supplies on my head due to the elevated table. The staff were very kind but in general not a place I would return.

We have been going to The River spa since it was in Kent. Jenny and Ha, sisters, are xlnt hair stylists. They also have other skills such as eyelashes nails etc. they take pride in their work. They care about every client. They are positive and always make me feel good about myself. My 89 year old mother with Alzheimer’s has thick coarse curly hair, most beauticians didn’t really know what to do with it, but with Jenny, mom gets the best haircut she ever had in her life. The cut and style grows out beautifully and lasts for 3 months. I have told my friends about them and they are equally impressed, now local customers. I used to drive 5 minutes to go to their business but now I have to drive 27 minutes and it’s totally worth it. I always leave feeling so good. They offer me tea coffee or water when I get there, it’s such a lovely welcome. Their shampoo is another dimension. So incredibly relaxing. These gals are talented beautiful hardworking and simply amazing. I am a customer for life. I also view them as friends since they treat me and my mother so kindly.

Fantastic experience at this salon! Two talented stylists worked their magic on my son's and my hair. My son's haircut turned out great, and I'm loving my new curtain bangs and long layers. Highly recommend this salon for their skilled and friendly team!

I had eyebrow shading done by Ha, and I couldn’t be more in love with the results! My brows turned out so natural and beautiful — exactly what I was hoping for. It honestly made me so happy and gave me a confidence boost. I feel like it changed my whole look in the best way! Ha is such a talented and amazing artist. She really knows what she’s doing, and you can tell she cares about making her clients feel beautiful. Her attention to detail, gentle touch, and professionalism made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. I’m so grateful I found her — she’s truly one of the best.
