Very disappointing experience at the Liverpool store. I had skin needling done in April, and during checkout the staff convinced me to leave deposits for my May and June sessions by saying I would receive a special deal of $99 per session. I trusted their advice and paid $50 deposit for the future bookings before leaving the clinic. Now in May, when I called to reschedule my appointment, the staff suddenly claimed they do not take bookings or deposits for special-price sessions. This is completely different from what I was told when they took my money. Very misleading and unprofessional service. Customers should not be promised deals and bookings that the clinic later refuses to honour. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and accountability. I would not recommend based on my experience.

From the moment I walked into Soma Aesthetics, I was impressed. The beauty and cleanliness were my first impression. Check in was easy and we had great conversation. Stephanie gave me my wonderful facial. She was so friendly and kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. I can’t wait to go back for another soon! I highly recommend visiting Soma Aesthetics!

Soma Aesthetics is the best place to go if you want anything beauty! My family and I LOVE the laser, and everything they offer. It is so clean and neat, and you really feel so welcomed. I love the girls here at Soma they are super sweet and understanding if you want to reschedule. You feel like all these girls are your friends because of how nice they are! A family member gifted me a Soma Aesthetics gift card for a facial, as they love the place. I'm truly grateful for their kind gesture, as I now see why they hold this place in such high regard. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and skilled in their field. My facial, performed by Karine, was exceptional and I was thoroughly impressed by her service and expertise. She's truly outstanding! I wholeheartedly recommend Soma Aesthetics to everyone. 🤍

Just left Soma Asthetics and had an amazing experience. I went for an Oxygen Facial and an IV Therapy. The staff was friendly and patient, explaining everything that was happening. This was my first experience with both procedures and will be back again. My skin looks amazing and I feel great.

First off, I am not sure why my review is posting under my dad’s name. He’s is not the one that receives services at Soma. Lol. I have been going to Soma Aesthetics for about a year now and I have ALWAYS had great experiences. Everyone is super welcoming and nice. I have been treated by Karine, Crystal, and Hilary, and they have all provided an amazing experience for me. They are all very knowledgeable and have always made me feel comfortable during my treatments. Stephanie is super nice. She always has a smile on her face. She is usually the first person you see when walking in and makes you feel very welcomed. I would definitely recommend Soma Aesthetics.

What a great experience and great results I have been getting with Soma Aesthetics. Karine is amazing and makes me feel so welcome. I feel like I can talk to her about anything. My skin has never looked better and I have tried everything in the past. Thank you to Karine and to the front desk ladies for making me feel so confident. Soma aesthetics is worth every penny.

I’ve had multiple treatments done here from Botox to brow lamination and everything in between, and have always had a great experience with everyone who has performed the treatments. The staff in the front is extremely helpful and always happy and kind every time they greet me. They all are extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions that I’ve ever had and make me feel like it’s OK if I have a question about a product or am I using the products in the right order. 10/10 would recommend 😃
