Our experience implementing Zenoti has been very positive. The implementation process went smoothly, and the support team was knowledgeable, responsive, and available whenever we had questions. They made the transition much easier than we expected. We're especially excited about the opportunities Zenoti provides to strengthen our engagement with clients/patients. The platform gives us more ways to communicate, personalize the client experience, and build lasting relationships. I’ve had a really great experience using Zenoti for my business. The platform itself is robust and has been incredibly valuable for managing day-to-day operations, from bookings to memberships and client communication. What really stands out, though, is their customer service. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. They’ve supported us through setup and ongoing growth, and have consistently been easy to work with. Overall, it’s been a strong partnership and a system we’ve come to rely on as we scale. Highly recommend.

Zenoti was a massive failure, they promised us an all in one custom system and there was nothing custom about it. We had to change a lot of our every functionality to fit the system and still the BOT and system did it's own thing. There was no way to enter data for the BOT, so BOT would respond to client with incorrect information. Started in June of 2025 and till April of 2026 had weekly meeting with Zenoti team members on how to get the system to fit our policy and needs. Zenoti made a lot of on boarding errors. System is also built for coders and make simple business change difficult. A WASTE OF $800 PER MONTH. To leave, I had to manually apply all client money since reports do not filter money that has been expired or forfeit. Support chat is a joke, they take hours to reply and 90% of the time not helpful, always opening tickets and never fully resolve issues. The system also gave our clients a hard time when trying to book online, would charge them but not book the appointment, kick them out from booking even though they are in the allowed booking window time frame, hold slots on schedule longer than the programed time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Working with the Zenoti team on the Hyperconnect Project has been a great experience. The team has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the implementation process. We’ve appreciated the collaboration, innovation, and dedication to helping improve both our guest experience and operational efficiency at Monaco Salon. Absolute nightmare! We are 7 months in and still dealing with data issues that should have been turn key at go live. Zenoti imported/ merged the wrong data . I had employees listed that weren't my employees I had treatment rooms that were not my treatment rooms, I had services that were not my services. 7 months in and they cant get memberships, packages or inventory correct. Reports dont match up, employee summary says one thing and employee kpi report says another. Everything is India based, good luck scheduling a decent time to trouble shoot the problems. My practice manager has had it with the go no where support team, I have paid for a ridiculous amount of employee hours to fix Zenoti problems and to be on video calls with Zenoti. I need to get a new practice management software before she quits. The worst project implementation I have ever experienced in 27 years in business!

Huge thank-you to the Zenoti implementation team, and especially Krishna Ranjan, for making our setup experience amazing. Starting a new business comes with a lot of moving parts, and Krishna made the entire Zenoti onboarding process easy to understand and incredibly well-organized. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to hop on a call to walk me through anything I needed. Truly grateful for his support. Zenoti is lucky to have him!

Working with the Zenoti has been a really great experience! They have been flexible with their time throughout the setup process and how to we were able to work through our launch--during a busy holiday season! Our Implementation manager was great and helped us work through the data with a fine tooth comb as we transitioned from our old system. Some constructive feedback is that it would be helpful if Zenoti's team allowed for more time with the implementation team once launching. After go-live, they offer a 2-week window with daily check-ins and standby access with the implementation manager. It took some time using the new system to identify areas that required more attention or development. But what I would say is that while their structure may not be setup for the additional support, my Implementation manager Rakshith made/continues to make the effort to stay connected and follow through on open items. I highly recommend Zenoti for anyone looking for an EMR system that is with the times, user-friendly and robust.

Zenoti has been a great experience so far! No transition is without bumps in the road and issues to figure out that you didn’t think of. Ana Castro and Bernardo Castellanos were amazing, supportive and patient and helped me through every step of the process. Michael Simonelli was amazing as well to help with training!
