I been coming to this practice since it was only Dr. Adamson as my chiropractor (2018). And I absolutely love Dr. Adamson! I had referred serveral of my friends and co-workers to this practice. Now the practice gotten bigger and more busier. I can't get an appointment with Dr. Adamson or the massage therapist. Takes months! A few months ago my dad passed away suddenly and I had to reschedule on a short notice ( which is less than 24hrs) the receptionist who is new to practice at the time want to charge me with a no show, short notice fee to my credit card on file. Morgan was her name. I called to speak to her and she was absolutely rude on the phone. She didn't care what the reason was! Since than I still continue to go get my adjustments with another chiropractor instead of Dr. Adamson. Morgan continue to greeted me with attitude and rudeness when I walked through the door for each of my appointments. My last straw was 2 weeks ago when Morgan told me that thre is no appointment for me for massage for a very very long time, as far out as 6 months she said for the regular therapist! If I want to be seen sooner I should try a male therapist that is new to the practice she said!. And I shouldn't not be too picky choosie or I could not be scheduled. My husband was with me and overheard what your receptionist Morgan said and was completely shocked. Needless to say I am sad that I won't be coming here anymore. One receptionist can make or break it! Thank you Dr. Adamson for your care over the years. You will be missed.

Update June 4th 2026 My wife and I have been coming here for over a year and ever since this office has struggled with massage therapist. We understood that we were limited on appointments. I've had my frustrations with this office, but I still referred somebody. And now that it's been over 30 days, I'm even more pissed. That the individual I referred can make any appointment to get in for massage, vut I'm stuck with one a month. YET THIS OFFICE CAN'T EXPLAIN HOW THAT IS FAIR., GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! I've been coming here for almost a year and accommodated there once a month, massage schedule, but now that does not work for me. It's my understanding that restriction was placed by the management team and not the therapist. It shouldn't matter how many appointments you make as a paying customer you should have that option. I don't think making two appointments.Is that big of a deal but unfortunately it is for them. I will be looking for a new massage therapist

What a find! I just moved to Washington and searched for an AR Chiro. Dr Contris is the man!! I’ve had multiple shoulder surgeries including a reverse replacement which has caused loss of flexibility, pain in all surrounding attachments and muscles and has left me frustrated and depressed. Dr C listens and knows what to do-I feel great change in 3 visits-I’m blown away. I also need to recognize Kate, therapeutic massage goddess. Between these two I’ve had more relief than ever before. Thank you! The front office staff is friendly and on top of everything. If I could write more I would. Can’t say enough!

Oh my goodness I started only coming beginning of Feb to james Contris and now a few weeks later I'm doing way better. I came since my jaw was very stiff and painful to open and my left shoulder I was told that it had arthritis and just with this little time both have pretty much improved to where I almost don't need to come anymore. Hes just amazing.

Adamson Chiropractic, and Dr. A herself, get my highest recommendation! I’ve been coming here for about eight weeks for chronic pain, unwinding decades of misalignment. It’s a process, to be sure. And things are getting so much better! I have such confidence in Dr. Adamson. The staff could not be kinder and more responsive. One question arose during my time here and I spoke with the office manager, Kim. She was respectful and listened and addressed my concern directly. This experience only increased my confidence in this practice. I’ve also had one facial with Kate and it was so luxurious! A big thank you to Dr. Adamson and her fabulous crew!

Dr Contris is fantastic! My headaches are gone and I can move my neck again. He is attentive and takes the time to stretch you prior to adjusting to ensure a successful adjustment. I have had many visits to chiropractic care over the years but this is the first time that I actually feel improvement with each visit. Highly recommend!!!

As many others I've spent too many years ignoring my back pain. After the pain got worse I decided it was time to get looked at. Scheduling was a breeze and I was scheduled with Dr. Danielle Harris. She was kind, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and so personable. She never made me feel guilty for neglecting my pain and focused on making me feel better. She used a combination of physical therapy and spinal adjustments to help make me feel better. We spoke about my lifestyle and discussed options that could provide me relief and stretches I can do at home to improve my mobility. I've gone in 3 times now and my back pain went from constant to occasional. I am thankful to be feeling relief & for my visits with Dr. Harris. Thank you!

Dr.Adamson is knowledgable, kind and professional. They seem to take a lot of insurances. I have been seeing Dr.Contris. He takes diligent notes from activities to habits, takes extra time when needed on problem areas, holds great conversation, and creates an environment which feels safe and comfortable. I look forward to my appointments with him not only because of his thorough work but because of his friendly, happy nature. I would recommend him to anyone with aches and pains.

Best Chiropractic Clinic in the area. Dr. Adamson is thorough, applies information about what is causing the issue from around your body, not just focusing on the back. Ive been a customer for many years and wouldn't recommend any other than this Chiropractic clinic.

I had a spinal headache for about 5 months before seeing Dr.Contris it was the worse pain I’ve ever experienced. I went to a janky chiropractor before him which made my headaches worse and scared to see another chiropractor. Dr.Contris really listened to what I was saying and asked me questions to help him understand what I was going through so he could give me the best care. After seeing him for 3 weeks once a week my headaches were gone. I was able to enjoy my newborn and I feel like I have my life back. I can honestly say he saved my quality of life. His bedside manner and genuine care he has for his patients is unmatched. He’s very knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why he’s doing it. I have never met such a multifaceted chiropractor like Dr. J Contis! I have been seeing him for a few months now and love that he is punctual, polite, and dimensional in his approach to medicine. He has provided me with a plan and REAL results in such a short time. He provides physical therapy in conjunction with chiropractic medicine. I have seen more improvement in my body movement and overall ability over these past few months then I have seeing other doctors and physical therapists for years.

I really like the atmosphere of the office. The staff were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. My appointment was on time. The doctor was outstanding. She was very patient with me as I explained my issues. She has a wonderful way of making a patient relax during the procedure. I would highly recommend Adamson Chiropractic!

Easily the best chiropractor I have even been to. She personalizes every patient’s needs, works to improve your health, and takes the time help you learn about your body. Can’t recommend highly enough. The office staff and massage therapists are also amazing.

The staff are so friendly and professional. I can't help but fall asleep during my massage session, it's that good! They always ask where you want to focus and Dr. Contris always cracked me up, literally I like the way he cracked my neck.

I had never been to a chiropractor before seeing Dr. Adamson. She has exceeded my expectations. From my first visit I have felt that my health and well being were her top priority. My daughter also is a patient and she has had a positive experience. She loves what she does and it shows! Her staff is amazing as well!! I would highly recommend her.

Dr Adamson is great! She talks to you to understand what the problem is and then when she adjusts you she let toy know what can be going on and what she is doing to help get you feeling better. The staff is very kind and welcoming. They help you understand the massage therapists and their styles of massage to help you find one that is best going to fit you.

These guys are great. All the massage therapist are outstanding & Dr Adamson is a phenomenal doctor. The vibe here is very nice with lots of interesting art to look at, all the staff are always so polite & understanding.
