Michela’s amazing! She helped me throughout my recovery after a severe pectoral injury that resulted in surgery, and I truly believe that her massages and work on my surgical site post-op helped expedite my recovery so I could get back to work as a firefighter. She’s extremely personable, thoughtful, involved, caring and always checking in throughout the massage to make sure everything is perfect. I continue to see her for my wellness massages!

Very pleased with my experience at Advanced Medical Massage. Due to my schedule, my availability was limited, yet each practitioner that I worked with was skilled and possessed a wealth of information. Staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The facility was very clean. And the long hours of operation and variety of practitioners to choose from made scheduling very easy.

Went to the 25th anniversary of Advanced Medical Massage and it was so much fun! The staff is so warm and kind and I had a wonderful chair massage.

I've been in two different major car accidents in the past 4 years and both times Advanced Medical Massage was the source of my healing. They take so much care in assessing and treating my pain in the most caring and specific way. I will always be grateful for their healing hands after my accidents. I now recommend them to every person in my life seeking massage therapy :)

I feel frustrated with my experience today at Advanced Medical Massage. I booked an appointment via email after my insurance referred me and was scheduled for 10:45am. At 9:45 am I was woken by a call asking why I was late for my appointment... I rechecked the email thread and was in fact scheduled for 10:45am. They said they didn't have any availability at 10:45, so I rescheduled for 12:30pm slot and luckily was able to delay my work schedule today so I could make the appointment. I work as an in home caregiver for disabled adults and have to manually lift a client for two person transfers up to 10 times a day from bed to wheelchair and back. It is very strenuous on my back as I am lifting an entire person with my own body strength, and I am not a big, tall, or super strong person- so starting massage therapy was very exciting to me as my back pain has been increased. I get there at 12:15, I am filling out my paperwork and waiting in the office for my therapist when the receptionist asks me if I want to take care of payment before the massage. I go up to the counter and ask if they are able to bill my insurance, and automatically the vibe changed from welcoming to uninviting. Apparently, Advanced MEDICAL Massage does not accept MEDICAL insurance... This wouldnt have been a big deal to me, but the receptionist continued to make me feel like it was my fault that this was not made clear to me before my appointment. Something along the lines of "Well if you cancel your therapist doesn't get paid for their time". I took time off of work to be here, I'm not getting paid for my time either. I sure as hell don't have the luxury of making $120 an hour. Then, she insisted that because of their 48 hour cancellation policy and because I could not complete my appointment (I cannot afford a medical massage out of pocket), I have to pay a $75 cancellation fee. I hadn't even met the massage therapist, received any sort of service, or been in the office for more than 10 minutes at that point, and I had missed my entire morning of work because of the scheduling error. I told her that I could not afford $75 cancellation, and that I thought the appointment would be covered by insurance hence why I scheduled in the first place. She told me I would be billed. I told her I could not afford it multiple times at this point, so I just left. There was no empathy, understanding, kindness or solution from this receptionist. I get that on the bottom of their website it does say they do not accept health insurance as payment. Maybe that should be at the top of the site and included in scheduling emails for potential clients. Just be warned they do NOT in fact take medical insurance. I think their main focus is L&I claims and Auto Injury- and "wellness" for those who can afford out-of-pocket massages. It was not obvious to me when I booked, and I was made to feel like an idiot in their office because of it. Im sure they give great massages, but I will avoid this place in the future personally. Super bummed because my body hurts, and I have to go through the whole process again to find a medically billed/insurance accepting massage therapy practice. 🥲

I love these guys so much that I am willing to drive here for my appointments instead of changing to a location that's not 30 minutes one-way. Every employee that I've encountered or worked with has been super helpful, easy to talk to, pleasant to talk to, and does a wonderful job.

So professional and so precise! I am truly amazed with how much better I’m feeling after just six sessions here! I’m sleeping better and able to function with much less pain. I have seen four different technicians and have really appreciated all of the different styles and techniques. I feel like they all complement each other very well and understand the body. Every time I leave someone new, I think, “I want to have them next time!” Then I get someone different and they think the same thing! Really happy I was referred here and highly recommend! Thanks.

I wanted to share my experience.I've had recently at advanced medical massage. I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Grace who is an amazing Massage. therapist. and is quite a healer. I truly appreciate her. expertise and kind and gentle hands. It was quite a refreshing experience to work with someone who is doing exactly what the universe has intended.
