I've been seeing L'Nai at After Life weekly for almost two months now for lymphatic drainage massage. I have been dealing with swelling in my calves and ankles, as well as some lipedema in my calves. L'Nai is very skilled with this treatment, and I have achieved some great results, including reduced ankle swelling and a more defined shape to my calves, as well as simply feeling better. The studio is a relaxed, calming space that's easy to get to and park at in Kirkland, and L'Nai is professional, friendly, and excellent at her work. I'm looking forward to trying traditional therapeutic massage with L'Nai now that my lymphatic system is in better working order!

Professional, personable, and above all else - EFFECTIVE. Deep-tissue and cupping sessions have significantly relieved pain/tension that I have had for years stemming from an old neck/shoulder injury. I have been treated by MDs and PT for years with positive results, but in just a few sessions with L’Nai the progress has been leaps and bounds! Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to After life Massage for a while now, and it’s made a huge difference for me. I’m a caregiver for a loved one, so my shoulders and back are constantly tense, and I also have tightness from old injuries. L’Nai really knows how to find and relieve those problem areas, her deep tissue massages help release pain and stress so I can get back to caregiving feeling renewed. She’s very kind, easy to talk to, and takes the time to explain which muscles are causing the pain or tightness, which helps me understand my body better. Just tell her which areas hurt or need extra focus, and she’ll adjust the pressure perfectly. The lobby is relaxing too, there’s tea, coffee, and even a little candy. She also accepts FSA cards (I just needed a quick doctor’s note for approval, which was easy to get). I highly recommend her if you’re looking for real relief, not just a light massage. I will never go to a Massage Envy again! 💆🏻‍♂️ After life Massage — she’ll bring you back to life.

First time customer and I love it. I feel so much better after my massage today. My feet were sore and my shoulders were full of tension, but the therapist did an amazing job. The pressure was perfect, and now everything feels lighter and more relaxed. Definitely a great experience, will go again and recommend to friends.

I've been a client for about 1.5 years and have had a wonderful experience every time. L'Nai is friendly, personable, and easy to communicate with about my needs at each appointment. They introduced me to cupping which has become a favorite add-on of mine. In my time using Afterlife's services my pain has decreased significantly. Their mobile option makes it comfortable and is so convenient. The new clinic space is lovely and has easy access and parking. Plus, the pricing can't be beat given the level of professionalism and individualized service you'll receive.
