All Star Massage is the epitome of unprofessionalism. The first time I went here my massage therapist was 15 minutes late to the appointment. Since they took my insurance, I decided to give them another try. I scheduled an appointment this week for 4 o’clock. My massage therapist called me two hours ahead of time to tell me that she might be a little late so to just wait once I got there. I already thought that was strange especially after the first incident of my last therapist being late, but I decided to still go. I show up and three employees are standing at the front all talking. I take one step in and the woman who was my massage therapist asked me if I was Michelle and would I be OK getting a massage from a different therapist? She then points to the man standing next to her. I specifically scheduled an appointment with a female therapist, as I did not do not feel comfortable seeing a male therapist. They’re asking me for my decision while the male therapist is there waiting for an answer. I was so uncomfortable, and it was incredibly awkward. I made up an excuse that I actually had to leave and so I would be happy to just reschedule as long as I didn’t have a cancellation fee. There was some discussion and it was decided that there wouldn’t be a cancellation fee for me *this time* but the massage therapist I originally scheduled with said make sure to reschedule with her. I left feeling so awkward and uncomfortable. The entire scenario was just bizarre. I called back after I left to let the receptionist hear my perspective (she witnessed the entire thing) which was that I made up an excuse to get out of an uncomfortable situation. She tells me that the reason they asked me to switch was because another woman had scheduled a two hour massage with the male therapist and didn’t want a male therapist so they were trying to accommodate her at the expense of me. She said that I never had to agree to it and that they just wanted to check to see if it would be OK with me. I have been getting massages for over 10 years and never has a scenario like this happened. I am quite honestly baffled by the whole thing and based on my two experiences with All-Star massage, cannot recommend them to anyone.

Scheduling nightmare. I was originally scheduled for a 4:45 PM appointment, but received a call asking me to come in earlier. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate the request. When I arrived, I was told there had been a scheduling mix-up and, because the therapists were unavailable, I would only receive a 30-minute session instead of what I had booked. There was no one at the front desk to help resolve the issue or offer a solution. The massage itself was also underwhelming. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place.

I purchased 50m Combination massage from classpass and it was totally worth it! They are very kind and friendly. I was late to withdraw cash for tipping but they accept card very kindly (they never force it to do so though!) Massage was 50 min and it was sort of deep tissue massage. I asked to massage a bit harder and it was perfect - deep enough but still relieved :)

Starla is my go to LMP for the best deep tissue massages. She makes sure to address any areas that need extra attention beforehand and adjusts pressure as needed. I leave feeling relaxed and repaired.

I would highly recommend Jim Schmidt and the Team at All Star Massage Bellevue. Jim has extensize massage training and was a former collegiate distance runner, giving him extra insight to athletes (and folks that work at a computer). He comes highly recommend! I've also had an excellent experience with Starla at All Star. She's also very professional and skilled. They have a great team.

This review is for a facial with Joni. If you're looking for a super posh spa experience where you pay for the environment, you might go elsewhere. If what you want is a relaxing and effective skin-soothing beauty treatment, performed with care by someone who is patient and kind, and truly believes in the products she uses and the service she is rendering, then All Star Massage and Spa is your place. Joni took her time analyzing my skin and gathering information that would help her to deliver best results. Throughout the session, she explained what products she was using (mostly fruit based), informing me of key ingredients, and how each should be working, checking in with me about how my skin felt (that would be — Great!) We also enjoyed an easy chat, which I'm sure she would forego if you preferred. For me, I found her interesting and a good listener, too. She shared recommendations for taking care of my skin, some of which I'll add to my 'lazy' routine. And she loves what she does: use her healing hands to make people feel comfortable and beautiful in their bodies. Regarding the facilities of All Star Massage and Spa, it is situated in an unlikely location, what seems to be more of an office building. This is not a major operation, but rather an intimate, truly small business. The space is clean, quiet, restful and welcoming, everything I desire of a place where I want to carve out time for myself (and bonus, there's plenty of free parking). And oh, this is not a fake review, I really took my time to write this because Joni deserves five stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The massage was good, but the therapist had zero personality. She made the experience transactional only, without a smile or asking me how I felt or even thanking me for coming in to see her. What really struck me as cold was asking me for a tip without first taking care of me as a person. I won't be back.

We just discovered this wonderful little spa from my wife's PCP Physician's referral for recommended medical massage. Starla (the spa owner) has been amazing in accommodating my wife's needs for a needed massage relief in back, shoulders, neck and arms for post surgery pain. After just 2 appts, she comments on how much better she feels . Starla is kind, caring, a great listener, and an excellent massage therapist. The spa is tidy, the staff is efficient and the location on the lake is very relaxing with great views from the big picture windows in the rear relaxation room. We feel very grateful to have found All Star Massage.
