I had an exceptional experience. The owner was incredibly welcoming and professional, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere from the moment I walked in. My therapist was attentive to my needs and provided one of the best massages I've ever had, skillfully addressing my tension points and leaving me feeling rejuvenated. I've been to many massage parlors in Spanaway! This one is by far THE BEST!!! The lady knew what she was doing, hit all the right spots and wasn't weird or uncomfortable like most... She was nice, understood me and did NOT DEMAND a tip, she earned one! She fulfilled the full hour that I paid for. I don't typically go to a massage parlor more than once, but I've been here 3 times and will continue to go here!

I paid for an hours massage. She gave a 40 minute massage and told me she would add the 20 minutes next I came in. I had scheduled a late massage after a 5 day stretch of 12 to 16 hour days working at the hospital. She refused to massage my feet and had a hard time communicating/understanding my requests up until it came to asking for a at least a $20 dollar tip for her service. No shame that she had just refused to finush my massage and told me she would add the remaining 20 minutes next time I came in, so I told her I would add the rest of her tip after she honored the 20 minutes she owned me. To which she proceeded to slam the door behind me when I exited. Although the 25 minutes on my back and 15 minutes on my face and head was very nice. It's unfortunate because I'd thought I had found my new place. 😔

I went to get a massage today and was not given a friendly welcome but instead I was treated as if I didn't belong there. A lady walked up to me and asked me what I wanted and I told her an hour massage. She then turned her back to me and started walking away and so I asked "should I wait here or follow you?" which made me feel very uncomfortable. My neck and back was in pain and all I expected was a nice massage but this did not happen. The lady said "come in here" and I followed her into a room. I have gotten plenty of massages in the past so I expected her to instruct me to get changed before giving me privacy but on the contrary she said in an elevated tone "you need to pay first!" I was taken aback by this because It made me feel as if she was insinuating I would NOT pay after the massage. I was insulted! I left without getting my massage and I will not be going back. I had a horrible experience and the service was far from decent.

Every time I come here, very friendly and welcoming. Probably my fave place to go. Massage therapists listen to your needs and address them right away. Been coming here for roughly a year 2x a month and every time gets better and better

Relaxing room and a gentle touch. I went for a 30 minute foot massage my left leg and foot felt so good but she spent nearly no time on my right side and I left with it sore and tired. I only wanted to give her a small tip, but she tipped herself twice as much.

This has got to be the best place to go in the greater Seattle/Tacoma area. You get a quality massage in a friendly and warm atmosphere. You will be entertained and leave feeling better than ever.
