Lovely experience. The spa is limited space so do not arrive very early unless you want to take a stroll around the property, which I highly recommend! They accommodated a couples massage. My husband and I had a relaxing experience with the warmed robes, tea, water, and chocolate while we filled out the paperwork. The massages were perfect and the ladies very polite.

Overpriced for the treatment. Automatic 25% gratuity which is nonsense. Dude at the front was a bit rude when I first walked in because I was 10min early. The deep tissue was more like a gentle rub down.

My husband booked a couples massage for our honeymoon. It was the best massage I have ever had in my life, and I have had many. The space is quiet, lovely & tranquil, the staff is so kind, their tea is to die for, and the masseuse was excellent. He asked great questions at the beginning and 100% delivered on my expectations. I felt fabulous the whole weekend!

My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our massages and the conversations with the massage therapists. They were both incredibly attentive and made sure all of our needs were met. We left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated.

Make sure you get in writing exactly the service you are scheduled for. Tanya was helpful enough to get myself and friends scheduled a few days before arrival. However, my gf and I were both expecting to get massages at the same time and were told upon arrival and sitting in a robe that they only had one spot for a massage and one for a facial. Tanya and I reviewed the email exchanges and it was agreed that the emails left room for interpretation of the exact services that we would be getting. I was given the option to still take the unwanted facial or "get out of the appointment." I was upset and decided to just leave. The older aesthetician agreed that "That would be best with the negative energy." RUDE! There were zero confirmation calls which could have eleviated my day of experience greatly. There was zero effort to make things right. Lovely way to end my trip of relaxation... NOT! Get your service in writing! You've been warned!

My husband and I went to this spa never having facials or professional massages. They were able to get us last minute with all the other spas being booked up!! We've never felt so relaxed! Our facials left our skin soft, clear, and glowing! We highly recommend this spa!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! My experience at Aspen Leaf Spa went above and beyond my expectations and did not reflect previously written reviews! 1. Booking and confirmation were incredibly easy and we even got a reminder call a day or two before. 2. When I arrived for my pre natal massage, I was provided with sandals to change into and a warm robe. I was then escorted to quiet room to complete paperwork where there was hot tea, water, and chocolate waiting. Once I was done with the paperwork, we did a brief consultation before moving back into the massage room. 3. My prenatal massage was incredible! I even got to lay on my stomach thanks to a pre natal massage pillow they had available! The massage was so relaxing and provided just enough pressure to get all of the right tension spots. 4. All of the staff were friendly, polite, and there to make sure I enjoyed my experience. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone visiting the Leavenworth!

I loved the facial and the products used. The tinting of the eyebrows was not worth the price. For me, the darker eyebrows only lasted 10 days, not the 4-6 weeks.

My daughter and I went to aspen leaf spa last year we had a great time and a wonderful massage we are going again this year the Christmas festival in leavenworth is great but it's very calming to get away from the big crowds and relax

Deep tissue massage was a joke. Definitely not worth the price or the mandatory 20% tip. Asked for areas of focus hardly touched those areas. On the plus side my wife's was much better.
