Lisa can do miracles on your sore muscles!! I made a same day appointment when my back hurt so bad I couldn't even stand up straight. After a 90 minute massage of deep pressure and cupping I was still sore but went home to rest and drink lots of water just like Lisa advised. I woke up with almost no pain! I can't believe the difference! She is amazing and worth every penny! She is so knowledgeable and the best massage I've ever had!

I have had many different massage styles and techniques for many years. Lisa is a natural. She can feel your knots and work with you to ease them, making sure the pressure is ok. She has helped my muscles when they have been in spams and got them to relax. She has a wonderful personality on top of it! Her space is clean, relaxing with spa music. Try her once and you will have found your new spot!

It is often hard to find a massage therapist that not only has a broad knowledge of the body but can also apply that towards intense deep tissue. Lisa has on three occasions thus far been able provide unbelievable pressure all around, in addition to selectively isolating problem areas around my neck, shoulders, and lower back without me even having to point them out. During my latest session, she suggested cupping to help some areas affected by long sitting periods at my job. She knew from experience which areas were worse than others and positioned the cups and suction accordingly. I could tell in the days afterwards based on the darkness of the circles. She was spot on in identifying where the bulk of the toxins were. I can’t wait for my next session. I was so impressed that I purchased a session package as an investment in my wellness. Give Lisa a try!!!
