I have been coming to Bellaura Wellness Spa on and off for the past three years, and I truly can’t recommend them enough! Every single visit has been a wonderful experience. The staff consistently goes above and beyond, there are no surprise upcharges for services, and I love that you can choose your own music from their playlist to make the experience even more relaxing. Unfortunately, today was my last massage here because my husband and I are moving out of state. I had a 90-minute massage with Josie for the first time, and she was absolutely incredible! She was so kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to, and her massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. I’ve been getting massages for well over a decade, and Bellaura Wellness Spa is genuinely one of the best massage spas I’ve ever been to. From the moment you check in, they offer thoughtful touches like a heated neck wrap that make the experience feel extra special. Thank you to the entire Bellaura Wellness Spa team for taking such great care of me over the years. I’m truly going to miss you all, and I highly recommend Bellaura to anyone looking for an exceptional massage experience!

Ballaura manager, Becca and her team are exceptional. I was buying a gift card online for a friend and struggling. Becca sorted it immediately. If the massage service is as spectacular as the customer service, then I cannot wait to come back to Olympia and try Ballaura Wellness Spa! Thank you again for being so gracious & so very helpful!

Laura is an amazing massage therapist! And the spa exudes warmth and calm. Really appreciate the aesthetic: plants everywhere, soothing music, a robust selection of teas, warm neck wraps while you wait for your appointment, and a beautiful, ever-changing array of items for sale, so well-curated. Something always catches my eye. And, last but not least, the office staff is lovely, very welcoming and attentive.

I had a wonderful massage at Ballaura. Alana was professional yet friendly and helped relieve the tension in my shoulders and neck. The spa is warm and very clean. I enjoyed being able to select my own music preference and volume level. The front desk staff were caring and informative. 5 stars all around!

I came in with horrible pain in many places and left relaxed and feeling much better. The staff is always above and beyond nice, professional, and genuinely kind. Chak is very knowledgeable and has really helped me with chronic pain areas and keeps me mobile. The place is relaxing and serene, and the member package is worth it. It's not many places that don't charge you more for needed services like cupping, hot stone, and the like. I have been to many massage spas, and this one is the complete package.

Sooooooo relaxing!!! Went in for a facial with esthetician Alex - she’s awesome!! So gentle and soothing, and the scalp massage was EXCELLENT! Highly recommend!! Booking was flexible too - Wed, thurs, & Sat mornings / afternoons work great with my schedule!! Already got another appointment on the books yay! 😊👍

Ballaura is a relaxing and welcoming environment! Every person has their own way of massage and making sure you feel your best. They ask all the right questions and check in to make sure your comfortable. I also love the hot stones and cupping that are offered with no additional cost. I highly recommend 💕

First time Ballaura Wellness Spa experiencers, but it won't be our last time! We booked a 60 minutes couple massage (with Tyler and Rebecca) followed by 20 minutes in the infrared sauna. What a delightful way to end the workweek and kick off the weekend. The front desk (Liz) went above and beyond to offer the works when it came to customer service (i.e., providing us a warm neck wrap when we checked in, goodies during the sauna experience, and following up at the end of our spa services to make sure our needs were met). We have been in WA State for over 3 years and had know idea this wellness day spa existed. It is clean, quiet, doesn't over charge for ANY extras, and has flexible times to book services.

Incredible place! First thing when you walk in you’re greeted by sweet receptionists and the whole ambiance instantly relaxed me. Had a fantastic teep tissue massage with Doug. He felt everywhere that needed to be worked on in my shoulder and lower back. My tightness is much lessened and I have better range of motion, it’s been a long time I’ve felt this good! Definitely coming back to Ballaura Wellness Spa!

What a great place! Professional and inviting from first call to end of massage. Alana and Crystal did a couples massage for my husband and I. They did exactly what we asked of them. We felt amazing.
