Bhrigha has helped me so much in the last year. I am heavily training for a triathlon and I have a physical job, she keeps me moving and pain free! Her space is so calming and you feel better just walking in!…. Annie is also a really nice bonus :)

I have never had Bowen therapy before and Bhrigha was so knowledgeable and explained what was going on so I could really experience it. I felt restored after and I could move so much better after just one treatment!

Bhrigha has been my Reiki practitioner for about four years or more and my master for about 8 months. I cannot say enough good things about Bhrigha, her services, and her space! I had a treatment today and also did a Pilates class. The way you feel walking into the studio is amazing. It is such a warm and welcoming high vibe environment. Her classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays always leave me feeling extremely connected with my spiritual and physical body, and it’s a great workout! She is one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. And I have spent a lot of time in different yoga studios in the past. She does so many unique treatments that have helped me in ways I never imagined could. And I can’t even tell you how different my life is from when I started to now. I am in such a better place mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I cannot think Bhrigha enough! She will always be one of my greatest mentors in this lifetime! Thank you Bhrigha! Sending you all the love and gratitude 💓🙏🏻✨

If I hadn't experienced Bowen work with Brigha, I wouldnt have believed how it can repair the effects of decades of physical stress on muscles, joints, tendons & ligaments. My energy, mobility, strength and range of motion is greatly improved - I'm 65, living with SI joint pain for decades, and now almost pain free. My husband, a paraplegic, agreed to try Bowen work with Brigha. We didn't expect much since he's been 8 years paralyzed. Happy Surprise! His shoulders, arms & wrists, damaged by transfers, are strong and flexible again. His posture is better and atrophy of his muscles has disappeared. Transfers are much easier. His energy has improved dramatically. Brigha is a wonderful healer we are truly grateful to for our improved quality of life.

Very comfortable and relaxing from the moment I first walked in. If you, like me, have never been to see someone that offers all these services and feel apprehensive, I urge you to let go of those fears. Nothing unconventional will be pushed on you and you will leave feeling better than when you arrived!
