I was greeted warmly by woman at the front desk who handed me all the initial paperwork I needed as a new customer. She offered me water and gave good directions to bathrooms etc. I had a fantastic hour massage from Saya to focus on an impinged shoulder nerve that has been bothering me. It is really hard for me to find massage therapists who are able to apply heavy pressure for this issue and keep it, and I know it's hard on their bodies, too. She was strong, skilled and attentive and I appreciated the lack of small talk after a long day at work. Sometimes it's welcome, but sometimes I just want to relax. The rooms and lobby were very clean and the hot towels at the end for the neck and wiping the oil off were thoughtful touches. Sincerely the best massage I think I have ever had, and I was very sad after my regular lady moved away. I'll definitely be returning!

Strange Male Receptionist Ruined my wife’s Valentine’s Day! Friday Feb 13 2026 @ 3:58 PM Called to schedule appt. And was told “you’ll get what I give you” by receptionist, after brushing that off and still booking appt. I ended the call and was immediately called back by same receptionist and chewed out for “not saying goodbye” , I had my 9 month old in my lap for feeding during the call maybe I didn’t say goodbye but I atleast said thank you before hanging up, it was also on speaker and gave my wife creepy vibes, she didn’t want to go anymore. She’s a first time mother and I really wanted to do something nice for her so I went in to talk to staff and try to get some closure work it out and still go forward with the massage, they offered nothing, hardly an apology, no discount, no reprimanding, no complimentary anything just a “well that’s unfortunate, it will be 200$ for a 1 hour bare bones massage”. Overpriced and under delivered here. It’s unfortunate because I’m a small business owner myself and I try to support local businesses as much as possible but this place has completely lost my patronage for good. Go somewhere else! I attached a photo of the call log, showing the 14 second call back and chew out I received, after he hung up I called back again to try and understand why and what was going on. Just complete amateurism on there part.

The front desk male receptionist was very strange and made me feel very uncomfortable that I had to cancel my appointment. For the price you pay for the basic massage you would think the employees would be schooled in proper customer service.

The masseuses are wonderful and the space is beautiful, especially the floors. I do computer work and the massages have really helped with back and neck pain that was terrible. They are professional here and make you feel very comfortable.

I have been a frequent client for a few years now and have wonderful relaxing experiences with every massage therapist. A few of my favorites are Ben, Jed and Troy, Special shout out to: Brianna and Tessi they both used gliding cupping during the massage, I felt amazing!!

Great ambiance hidden behind the strip mall exterior! Like a secret gem! The staff is so kind, the massage therapists know their business, and the manager offers his card to every customer! I like this spot because it adheres to some spa tropes that I like (soothing music, darkened rooms, hot towels) but infuses that with compassion, humanity, and convenience. You can easily book and reschedule online, save money with a longer term package, and pick up gifts on your way out from their cute lobby area. My massage therapist there strikes a great balance in the room helping me to relax, talking when it feels appropriate, and he TRULY listens to my feedback during the massage, and before we even begin. I feel like I go there and get true healing. Blissful Knead is the diamond in the rough I'd been looking for... a place that wants to help me heal, help me chill, and treats me like a real person. Absolutely recommend.

I'm so happy I found Blissful Knead! The staff are kind and knowledgeable, the facilities are professional and very clean. I've had massages with two different therapists and both were great, listened to my needs and thoughtfully worked with me throughout to make a tailored massage experience that has helped me with my chronic pain. Highly recommend.

As I get older, self care has become very important to me. I have been going to Blissful Knead for about 2 years now and I always look forward to my monthly appointments. The staff is very friendly and professionally. Their facility is clean and inviting. I always feel so relaxed and on cloud 9 when I leave. 10/10 recommend.

Emily has been a blessing, I’ve been seeing her consistently for over a year and always walk out feeling better than when I walked in. Since day 1 she and th other therapists I’ve seen have listened and applied what I’m looking for. The space, vibes, and the little gift shop are great. The front office staff and the owner are always so pleasant to be around.

Wow, Seth is amazing. This was my first massage here, and I booked with Seth — a great decision. This was the most relaxing, yet productive massage. He was able to identify (what felt like) every spot of tension and work through it. Highly recommend Blissful Knead and Seth!
