I’m not one to leave reviews but this was a really disappointing experience. I had a massage booked with Tanna here 2 weeks ago. Day of the appt, she texted me on a personal phone saying she was running 15min late but didn’t tell me she was sick until I got to the clinic and was coughing during check in. I decided to reschedule as I have a newborn at home. The day before my rescheduled appt I received confirmation of the appt and then day of she texts me 3 hours before the appt saying she has to cancel because she has a class. Really disappointed because I had to move my schedule around and find a sitter for both of these appointments and it resulted in cancellation for both of them.

I just got Powder Brows done by Erin and I couldn't be happier! She is obviously knowledgeable and meticulous about providing her clients the best outcome. She explained the process and what to expect as she went since this was my first treatment. Erin is professional and friendly and immediately puts you at ease on her table. Bodywork Devine is a beautiful spa and I will certainly be back to utilize all the services.

I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Sarah last night and she was just wonderful! During my massage (and before and after) she was very attentive, knowledgeable, and kind! I highly recommend her!!

My teenage daughter has seen Stephan a few times, and I just saw him this week. I have had many massages, and he is fantastic. I can tell how deeply he cares about my overall health, and it was the perfect combination of hitting my trigger points, talking about physical issues I might have and how to lessen them plus a relaxing massage. So great! I recommend buying the 3 pack of 90 minute massages! I’m sending my husband in :)

I have had several facials and massages here and each experience has been wonderful. Erin is THE BEST esthetician I have ever seen and Stephan is an excellent massage therapist. I saw someone else once here for a massage and it was just ok but not wonderful. I highly recommend Stephan and Erin for lovely treatments and a spa experience! They pamper you and are so knowledgeable and professional. Great little spot for lovely local pampering!

Erin Landsem is simply the best esthetician. She is thorough in making sure you get what you want (always gets it right), not overpriced, and genuinely cares about you/your life. I have always had reactions on my face/brows and have not had one since switching to her. She is extremely knowledgable, kind, and professional, plus the products she uses are amazing. I can't say enough good things! Best kept secret (no longer) in Ridgefield. :)

I had an Ashiatsu massage today from Kristin. Her room is lovely, she has a nice big table that is very comfortable. The music was soothing, she was conscientious of her pressure and checking in with me whether it was enough or not. She has a very wonderful deep but not painful pressure that is absolutely needed by my overworked back! Thank you Kristin!

Love this place. Ellie always does an amazing job with my eyelashes and facials. I come here almost weekly. She makes makes me feel comfortable and my results are always fantastic!

The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because of the price but, I guess you get what you pay for. I got my lashes done and the large majority of them were glued together. I even had a lash glued to the underside of my eyelid that was super painful. Lashes are supposed to be separated out, extension placed, held for a few seconds, and then released to ensure they aren’t glued to each other. It hasn’t been a week and I maybe have 1/16 of them left. I’m sure with more training, they could be better but do not go there for lashes.
