Please do not use Ceragem. Their service is absolutely terrible. I had my Ceragem device for just over a year when it broke down. I paid almost $6,000 for it, but when I tried to file a warranty claim, I received no response. They said they would contact the headquarters, but I never heard back. When I followed up via text, their reply was shockingly unprofessional — something you’d expect from a street vendor, not a company selling expensive products. They said, "Oh, I was so busy I forgot. I think the headquarters staff forgot too because they’re busy. I’ll remind them to contact you." Machines can break — I understand that. But if you’re selling a $6,000 product, you should back it up with proper service. Nowadays, there are many excellent massage machines available at much more affordable prices. If you do a little research, you’ll find great options without being ripped off. Ceragem sells these machines at double the price compared to Korea, focusing only on sales and completely ignoring customer service afterward. I absolutely despise this kind of business mindset. Please, do not buy from them. Ever. Once a customer leaves, they never come back. If you run a business thinking only about money, you won't last long.

Just brought my husband and myself here for the first time. Eileen was so knowledgeable about the products we were using and it left us both feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and completely pain free. 10/10 definitely recommend. We will definitely be back soon

Owner was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and sessions available. You could tell she definitely cares about what she does and her clients. The sessions themselves are amazing. I was so relaxed, I ended up dozing off! Definitely a first for me and definitely will be returning.

I gotta say I was a little skeptical at first, but the message turned out more than better than a hand message. It really hit and stretched the worst parts of my back, the heat was relaxing and I can't wait to do it again. Talk about natural body detox & natural oxytocin release. Incredible! Eileen was such a sweet and fun lady to chat with. Very very pleased !! 😊 (I'm also a fairly heavy set woman & everything worked pleasurably) one other thing, it did hurt my tailbone area at first which she warned about, however after it went through my back a few times it got used to it.

Using the machine now and had to post before it’s even done. It’s that good! If you have specific pain points outside your back, you’ll still need a specialist. But for general back pain that just needs some good heat and pressure (there are different settings for focus area and intensity, eg. I did upper back and shoulders at a 5/6 deep tissue), this is extremely cost effective alternative to a masseuse. Eileen is great!

Jan. 25, 2020 Edit: Was able to make it in and enjoyed the beds. While I wish there was some kneading motion to go with the rolling and stretching of the beds, it still feels great, especially with the heat. Owner is nice and explains the features, then you just lay back and relax. I suggest bringing headphones or earplugs as there's people coming in and out of the place and that can disturb you. I listened to an audio book. I have a couple more sessions to try it out and after I may get a reasonably priced package to supplement my love of getting a full on massage. Jan. 24, 2020 - First impressions not so good. If your closing time is posted as 6 pm, don't lock the door before that time. Unprofessional.

Can anybody say bliss? This was almost a religious experience. I have a mild form of scoliosis and this device measures your body and the curvature of your spine. It focused in on adjusting me with a warm Jade roller very gently but firmly. It's as if it was artificial intelligence. It was so pleasant, I fell asleep. I will continue to go and go and GO!!

I check every week to see if they have reopened. I miss them and need them!! I do Accupuncture and chiropractor for my issues but these beds instantly made me feel better.
