When I started seeing Dr. Derrick I had been suffering with chronic pain for 10 years. I was actually leaving St. Peter’s ER with a new back issue and after scans and hundreds of dollars they sent me home. I was still in the same pain no relief. I stopped by his office on the way home. That was the best decision medically I have made for myself. Dr. Derrick saw me that day without question. A new patient he had never met before with in 30 min of my arrival. While I waited to see him his wife who was the receptionist at the time comforted me and offered her prayers. It was an emotional experience to finally get relief after days of suffering and no medical explanation. He has continued to go the extra mile ever since. I think it has been 8 years now but I frequently visit his clinic for massage and chiropractic. Dr Derrick won me over that day and I’ll continue seeing him and his professionals until the sad day he retires. Him and his professionals have truly changed my life for the better. I would recommend them to anyone. I’d also like to add another story of him going above and beyond. I used to work graveyard shift and due to staffing it ended up being 16 hour days regularly on concrete the whole time. I’d get off at 6am and head straight to his clinic barely able to stand up straight or walk for that matter. I’d wait in the parking lot until I saw his truck pull up usually an hour before he opened and ask if he could fix me up before I head home. He never turned me away. He always has helped if he could. You can tell he cares about his patients, staff, family and his faith. Dr Derrick is a great man and he’s truly doing what I think he was called to do. I also recommend several of his LMT’s. I was reluctant to write a review about Otniel because he is hard to schedule with as is but he is also another example of someone who has answered his calling. He goes the extra mile and is a pleasure to be around. He knows what he is doing and if you’re in pain and need relief he’s your guy. Lucy, Leanna, AJ, Tori, Patti, Jordan, and Steve are all providers I have seen as well and have no complaint. They all have their own style and would highly recommend them as well. I know there are names I did not list but at the top is Dr. Derrick selecting these professionals and you can’t go wrong with your choice. They all show up and do a great job. Well worth the money and almost all accept several different insurance carriers. Last the office staff are absolutely amazing. Truly very kind and professional. Respond promptly to requests and make the process flawless. Scheduling massage with Sandy is always a pleasure and she works hard to integrate times that align with all the complexities of our busy schedules. Great front office staff, welcoming, friendly and caring, Luci is brilliant! I have been troubled by back, neck and knee pain for years and after meeting Luci for the first time she got right to the root of the problems and worked wonders with deep massage. I’ve used several massage therapists over the years and Luci is without doubt the best ever.

This team is amazing! Sandy was able to fit me in within 20 minutes of me calling about a pinched nerve AND not only that after my appointment she called me to follow up about my appointment making sure I was feeling betters she recommended Tara as a chiropractor and Tracey as a masseuse. Tara really explained the process and you can tell she cares about her patients! Tracey is fantastic with magic hands and made me feel so welcome! Thank you all so much for making me feel like a new person in just one visit!

Amazing care and staff. I recommend anyone and everyone to Derrick's office. Definently the best chiropractic care I've ever received. Ive been going for a little over 5 years nows. My favorite part is you can just walk in with no appointment.

Our family of four and our Friends and relatives have been patients for 20+ years. Dr. Derrick is amazing and his new chiropractor Dr. Tara is a true healer. I have been suffering with sciatica pain and when I leave her office the pain is gone. You can't find a better staff team than at Derrick. Sandy schedules the massages and works to book you a therapist and time that works. A major plus getting hooked up with Derrick chiropractic is Sandy will send out group texts to let you know there are slots open with different therapists so if you're hurting there usually is a chance you can get in. Consider booking a massage and chiropractor with either Dr. Derrick, Dr. Sweet or Dr. Tara. Susie

Amazing place! Wish I would have known about Derrick Family Chiropractic & Massage way before now. You have a choice from light, medium to deep massage and so many practitioners available to meet your needs. You should try them, you won’t be disappointed!

I went there for a Massage and it was the best Massage I ever had, My Massage Therapist Laura she is very knowledgeable and has great intent on working through my problem areas!!! She was amazing and I highly recommend her.

I went back to the chiropractor after 25 years. I had an unpleasant experience with pain so never went back. I was very nervous. I explained all of this to Dr. Derrick who was great. He started off easy and slow. My hope was not to get paralyzed and he reassured me that he had never done that in three decades. The first time it went well. The second and third time went even better. He is friendly, willing to listen, and talks you through the whole thing if you need that which I did. I will continue to go to him for a long time. Each time I go I also get a massage right after. I swear by Asia. I had patella knee surgery recently. While it is fully healed, I am still doing physical therapy. I told Asia that my thigh needs to be worked on as it was weak. I also had stiffness in my leg. She stretched it and worked on both legs and they have not felt this good in years. I am a big guy and was wondering if she would be strong enough to get the knots out of my back. I did not have anything to worry about. She may be small, but she is powerful. I even learned about muscles in my face that can tense up last time. She fixed those. She always checks for pain when she moves to another place and starts to work on it. I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Kerrick and Asia if you want to feel like a new person. If you are nervous or anxious I absolutely recommend them as I was, and they put my mind at ease. I guarantee you that you won't go wrong trying them out.

I enjoy coming here, great massage staff. Guess they are not accepting new regence people, or allowing certain amount at a time. As it’s their business not my control but my complaint is how rude the older receptionist delivered the news. It was hard to understand, I’ve tried contacting and making appointments and no one still would return my call after I already faxed my information in. Probably busy. I did not enjoy her tone, I understand it can be a lot having to repeat the same sentence but I had a hard time trying to understand the new insurance policy. No need for a rude tone. That would make me walk away immediately. I was planning to even try to pay out of pocket because of the insurance situation but not after how I was treated.
