I had such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience with Helen. She did a combination of full body massage, head massage, and facial cleansing, and she was thoughtful, caring, and skilled throughout the entire session. I left feeling much more relaxed and cared for. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a calming and restorative experience!

My mom and I had a couple’s massage and facial and it was suchhhh a perfect way to spend time together while relaxing. The room was pretty and the beds were heated. They used gua sha and did a great lymphatic drainage facial which I loved and my mom said it was the best massage she’s ever had! It was around $300 for the both of us which is such an amazing deal for a 30 minute massage and hour long facial with a head massage

Got a wonderful 60min massage (and hot rocks) + 30min facial and 30min scalp massage by Helen. She targeted the spots I needed work on and was respectful and kind--making sure to check in on how I felt throughout the massage. Highly recommend!

Service: 90 min Pain Relief Massage for $145 It was honestly… not what I needed. I went in due to a strained neck and upper back. She did ask for this information, but in the 90 min, my therapist only spent a total of 10 min on it. The best part was the application of their version of icy hot. No attempt to touch or feel for muscle tension or knots. It was just a lot of moisturizing with oil for the body and some hot stones at one point. She also kept busting in and out of the room because the speaker ran out of battery, or to grab the stones, or to check for a new walk-in customer, and then she would resume touching me after touching and interacting with the world outside the room. It’s a bit unsanitary. It was not soothing, I had no relief. I can’t recommend this spa to others. Update: I need to add that the therapist at one point turned my head very abruptly and caused my neck to seize painfully. She laughed and apologized. I have had a headache for hours since my service. They have reached out to me to offer a complimentary 90-min treatment, but I do not want to lose that time again and be in more pain. I asked for a refund instead, but they have not responded.
