Sara is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I had the 75-minute Wellness massage with cupping! I haven't felt this great in a long time. She took the time to ask me about my injuries, medical history and personal preferences. She has a sweet and funny personality that shines through in her practice, and she really cares about making you feel like you again. I really appreciate the fact that she reads the room really well and let's you enjoy the experience. If you are not feeling like being chatty, she doesn't just ramble on 🤣 . I have had a couple of massages from chatter boxes at other locations in my life and it really can keep you from listening to your body and breathing with the massage.

Amazing Experience with Sara! I had a 90-minute full body massage with Sara at Ebb & Flo Massage, and it was absolutely incredible. She was professional, intuitive, and really listened to what my body needed. The pressure was perfect, and she paid great attention to detail—especially on my tight shoulders and neck. The space was clean, calming, and welcoming, which made it easy to relax from the start. I left feeling completely refreshed and tension-free. Highly recommend Sara if you're looking for a skilled and caring massage therapist. I’ll definitely be back!

Sara is an absolute gem! She is warm and welcoming, and completely follows your lead as the client to create the perfect massage experience. The room is cozy and comfortable, and I loved the added bonus of the warm towels and eye pad as part of the service. Her pressure was perfect, and she made sure to check in and make any necessary adjustments. I walked out much happier and less stressed than when I came in. Will be a repeat client for sure!!

I started going to Ebb and Flow Massage for pain I was having in my back. I had seen a couple of MT’s previously, but none of them fit the bill. Sara is respectful and knowledgeable. The environment is very relaxed and the massage is second to none. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sara for anyone who’s experiencing localized pain, or if you just want to treat yourself.

I had such a great time receiving a full body scrub from Sara recently! Even though I was 26 weeks pregnant at the time, it was really nice that she was still able to work around that and do such a thorough job. My skin feels so silky smooth and smelled wonderful afterwards! I even purchased a massage gift card for my husband. I would highly recommend her!

There are good massages and then there are “excellent” massages; I would rate my massage given by Sara excellent! I had a sore neck and upper back and she was able to release those tense and knotted areas. The rest of the day I physically felt light and relaxed and was ready to start my work week feeling great. I highly recommend Sara at Ebb and Flow Massage!

So much more than a massage.. the massage alone was amazing and so relaxing. I gained so much relief from physical discomfort and Sara kept me informed and comfortable the entire way. I was also able to understand more about what I could do to potentially limit future pain and was also offered potential reasons why I’d been suffering in the first place. The ambiance was warm and inviting, clean and cozy, and I felt so comfortable and at ease. I also opted for a bit of reiki at the end, which was a beautiful touch. Sara is a WEALTH of knowledge in anything she is passionate about and I left feeling VERY CERTAIN that the Universe brought me to her.. and maybe not everyone is embarking on a spiritual journey like myself, one that I didn’t even realize had begun, but I was able to hear a bit of her story and journey.. and it truly inspired me to live mine. It’s as if she said, “GO FORTH, DEAR ONE!” 😂 (she didn’t.. but she IS super hilarious).. Thank you for sharing your beautiful gift!! Truly. 🙏✨

Sara is amazing. She has a soothing but strong touch. She gives the best head massages. She is light hearted and easy to be around. I always feel so much better after seeing her.
