I had a wonderful experience during my first visit to Element Massage. Emma at the front desk was extremely professional, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. My massage therapist, Stormy, was exceptional. She demonstrated great skill and intuition, applying the right amount of pressure and focusing on key areas that truly needed attention. I’ve had many massages before, but this was a unique and outstanding experience. Her technique was both effective and deeply relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and very satisfied with the service. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this location to others.

Gwen was amazing! She was so personable, attuned to my needs, and responsive to what my body needed. It was a wonderful connecting experience, on top of a top notch massage. Love it so much, and I can't wait to come back!

I recently went to this studio for the first time and left very distressed. Before my appointment, I filled out the studio’s online intake and consent forms. On the forms, I clearly indicated two areas of my body where I did NOT want to be touched. During the massage, my therapist touched those zoned off areas three times. The first time, it shocked me because I had clearly not consented to that area being worked on. I quickly asked the therapist to not touch me there and she didn’t even verbally acknowledge me—she just moved her hands. It was deeply unsettling, and it happened two more times. I couldn’t believe it. In the end, I paid over $200 for a session that left me feeling violated instead of rejuvenated. I don’t know if this happened due to a lack of therapist training or a procedural failure. In either case, my consent form clearly wasn’t reviewed in advance. I have attempted to resolve this issue privately with the studio by submitting feedback through their Listen360 survey (which I assume is not anonymous because it collects my initials). I waited a week for a response, but none came. I’m sharing this story because we ALL deserve to feel safe, heard, and respected in their own bodies. I hope the studio takes this seriously and ensures nothing like this happens again.

The staff were very friendly and excellent communication when the appointment needed to be moved. Stormy was wonderful and knowledgeable in my problem areas of my back. I felt a lot more relaxed afterwards and will definitely be returning again. Thank you!

First time here, went in for a prenatal massage with Alan. I am so pleased and impressed. Reception was very sweet and welcoming. Alan gave me the best massage I’ve had in a long dang time. I very much appreciate his communication and checking in throughout the massage, it made me feel I very comfortable and secure. I will definitely be coming back!

This was my husband and my first time at this Elements location. In our travels, we've been to quite a few. The staff were amazing. The woman @ the front desk was very friendly, helpful, & welcoming. Maggie was my massage tech & she was fantastic! I would recommend this location anytime! Thank you, ladies, for the wonderful experience!

Had an incredible massage at Elements in Kent with Allen. The therapist was professional, attentive, and really took time to address areas of tension. I left feeling noticeably better and deeply relaxed. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

The staff are always warm and welcoming. The rooms are clean and tidy. I've only been a member for 4 months and all the therapists have been great but I had an excellent massage session with Maggie today! I'm looking forward to when you start working weekends again.
