This is the first time I visit after the ownership changed. The energy is completely different, very peaceful, decorations and the lightings are more clamming and my therapist Cassidy was wonderful. She gives amazing massage and brings very positive energy to the session. I am so happy that they changed owners. Definitely will recommend this clinic to my friends and family。

I have heard excellent feedback about the massage therapist at this establishment from my coworkers, but my experience has been incredibly frustrating. It has been over a month and a half, and there is only one person responsible for checking eligibility with Kaiser. This individual consistently takes one to two weeks to respond, and I still lack a clear answer regarding my eligibility. Instead, I receive a series of personal excuses for the delays. After waiting over a month, I sent a follow-up email clearly stating that I expected to hear back about my eligibility within four days. However, during the call I received from this staff member, she offered yet more excuses—being sick, other staff members not being trained on Kaiser, and so on. It is unacceptable for her to shift the responsibility onto me regarding my potential as a patient. I am missing out on trying this place due to the inefficiency of one employee, and it seems like the business is relying too heavily on an individual without a proper backup plan. If I operated this way with my clients, there would be significant repercussions. Potential patients deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. Furthermore, when Katy stated that "new patients are at the bottom of priorities," it was truly astonishing. This is not how a business should treat potential clients!

I started seeing Trudi during my 16th week of pregnancy and almost every week after that. She has helped to make my pregnancy easier with less pain and I cannot thank her enough for that. She is so passionate and knowledgeable about what she does and it was a joy to see her every week. Katy at the front desk is also incredible and so friendly and kind. She made everything regarding using my insurance a breeze. I highly recommend Evergreen for prenatal wellness and I will be back for postnatal!

I had a very painful prenatal massage here. I tried to tell the masseuse to use less pressure, but she was not responsive and she seemed flustered and unprofessional even though she was certified in prenatal massage. I ended up leaving in so much more pain, which lasted about a week.

I went in for a massage today. I’ve been going to this clinic since before the new owners took over. Today I was informed I had to give them a credit card to put on file in case of no show. I explained I don’t have a credit card. The girl checked with her manager who said I couldn’t schedule again until I gave them a card. I guess this means you can’t be their patient unless you have a credit card. Don’t go here.

I got a massage recently at evergreen massage & wellness. The clinic is inside a medical building with lots of parking, the location is quiet and private, perfect place to get a massage. My therapist Jeannine is amazing, not only released my muscle tightness and pain also gave me some exercise tips on how to take care of my body. Definitely coming back to get another massage with her.

The clinic hired a few new therapists and they are amazing. I am very happy with my masseur! I am glad they understand and keep improving the quality of service there

I go here for back pain from 3 surgeries. The building is clean, welcoming and easy to find! All the staff I have met are very nice too!
