Wow! Cynthia is wonderful. I've never experienced Thai Massage. I'm in my mid+ 60's and not as mobile as I need and want to be. I decided to give this a try. What a difference after just one session. My body feels more at ease. My initial morning stiffness right out of bed is reduced. I am sleeping better. I have several sessions booked and recommend for anyone looking to increase their mobility and desires to feel good in their body!

This was my first Thai massage experience, and overall it was a really good introduction to the modality. Cynthia took time at the beginning to learn about my daily activity, what I do for work, and which areas might be impacted or out of balance. Throughout the session, she consistently checked in with me, which I really appreciated. As someone who lifts weights, teaches fitness, and is currently postpartum, I found it to be a useful approach for posture, mobility, and overall body awareness. While deep tissue is still more my personal preference, I can definitely see the value of Thai massage—especially for active bodies that need support beyond just muscle work. It was a positive experience, and I could see myself coming back in the future as part of a well-rounded recovery routine.

I can't say enough about how wonderful of an experience I had. Cynthia is a fantastic therapist who is great at providing the best service I had. Her process of finding where my muscles were sore and using the best techniques to elevate my pain was superb. I will be scheduling another session in the near future. Thank you again Cynthia.

I was skeptical at first, but I got a gift certificate, and I’ve booked to have work done now for the third time. I was suffering with some shoulder pain and although not gone, a huge difference in mobility and discomfort level. I recommend Cynthia as she is super nice, listens to your concerns and gets results. Cynthia does fantastic work! I have been semi-retired for the past 15 years, and during that span I have spent my time remodeling houses. While I enjoy the physical activity, it has taken a toll on my body. I appreciate Cynthia’s active approach and her ability to effectively target areas that need attention.
