So I made my appointment two weeks ago when the reviews for this place were all positive, but somewhat older. I didn’t follow up and see the many one star reviews that have popped up in the last 5 days. I am a woman who was hoping to get a legitimate massage, but this is clearly a “happy ending” kind of place. Not what I was looking for, and I regret not checking for updated Google reviews, this place must be under new ownership.

I am a repeat customer and I highly recommend this business! When you walk in, you are immediately welcomed by the staff. The massage rooms are clean, relaxing and have soft spa-like music playing in the background. The magic happens when the masseuse enters the room. They customize the massage to your preferences, adjusting pressure and focusing on muscles that are tense. The staff focuses on making sure that you get the best results. The prices are reasonable, and I local support businesses like this. I've tried all of the franchised massage businesses, but I choose this one for these reasons and more! Ask for Hannah, she's amazing!

Massage was poor with no technique. My masseur spent an hour pressing my back and legs twice without having enough time to flip over to work on the thighs. No massage oil was used as well. And they made you pay upfront instead of at the end of the massage, which meant that if you were to pay with credit card, you might have to pay the transaction fee twice. There’s much better places around the area.

I was in the area with some time to kill and a very tense back so I called Fall Health up and they were able to see me right away. I was extremely fortunate to have found Summer. She is the absolute best! I have never, ever had a massage where the masseuse felt every single knot like she did. Summer spent time working on each area until it was better. Thank you 1000 fold! Only thing is, you cannot tip when paying with card. ATM is down, bring cash these girls deserve a tip! I will be back, when I do I will be sure to compensate double tip for Summer!

As a person that travels around the USA getting random massages over the years, this isn't a place to take anyone. First they lied about having a couple style massage, the welcome through the business was lukewarm, the masseuse constantly left the room during the massage, I heard kids playing in the background, the massage pressure was very inconsistent and uncomfortable, this was the first place that had long nail for massage, my knots still are present if not more, then they pressed for a tip for an unpleasant hour of service.
