My massage was excellent. Emily was really friendly and attentive, and the myofascial release technique, which I hadn't experienced before, left me feeling profoundly calm and in touch with my body. Highly recommended!

While vacationing from Florida, I decided to receive a massage. Since FlowState was closest to the hotel, it was a no-brainer; however, I had no expectations on the quality of the treatment. Emily provided a deep tissue massage at my request. I've been working out diligently for several days so my body was sore and tense. Emily with perfect hand pressure knew exactly how to skillfully maneuver my muscles and fascia to resolve my concerns. I left the facility feeling light, rejuvenated and extremely satisfied. I highly recommend Emily's therapeutic expertise at FloState Massage!

I was impressed with Roberto; he's friendly, very knowledgable, and overall a cut above what I expect from a massage therapist. Definitely will be returning. The office is understated and comfortable, plus the parking and access is easy (for downtown anyway). One reviewer said something about the elevators not working correctly. The office is in the "509 Olive" medical building, which is a modern office building -- the elevators worked fine for me.

Alvarado is a skilled practitioner who made me feel comfortable and heard. He listened to my concerns and worked on those areas with care and expertise. I can say my problem areas were much better and felt loosened and relaxed afterwards. I recommend FlowState Massage for therapeutic and relaxing massages.

Was excited to get an massage. Booked a 10AM the evening before. Was confirmed via email. Got a message in the AM asking if I could do a 12PM instead. Sure, no problem. About an hour before the appointment they cancelled on me "due to an issue." Instead of giving me some relaxation they have now added stress to my day since I changed my schedule to fit the timing that worked for THEM while on a busy work trip.

Scheduled an appointment for a massage, a text was sent with clear instructions to get to the appointment. He was very nice and friendly! Made check in easy and you can tell he really cared about helping you and with what you need! Was a clean place and very helpful! Highly recommend and I’ll be going back in a few days. Only thing to share is elevator sometimes locks out so I had to get security to swipe their badge and escort me up. They were in the lobby!

This is a intimate unassuming location that does amazing body work. I felt really rejuvenated and refreshed after my session and highly recommend for anyone with travel pains.

Scott gave me a professional and great massage! Clearly super knowledgeable and intuitive. This place is nice and in a convenient location. If you're booking on their website last minute (same day) be prepared for them to need to change the time a bit.

Best massage I’ve received in Seattle, thus far! Roberto is special. He is a skillful and a talented masseuse - extremely intuitive and doesn’t just go through the motions. I believe he has a gift and is a gift. He has what you would call “healing hands”, in my humble opinion. He got through all the nooks and crannies and I left feeling amazing. Days later, my body still feels amazing. I’m so glad I found him! Worth every penny!
