I have to update/change my review because Lauren is AMAZING! She got back to me and set up appointments for my kiddo right away. I felt very comfortable with her and my kiddo did too. She really makes me feel included in what's going on with my child while still prioritizing their privacy and mental and emotional health goals. I'm SO happy we got in with her. She really takes the time to understand the situation(s) and address them.

I've seen 6 Rolfers since I started SI about 15 years ago, and Elli is one of the best. It's not only her technique, which left me feeling like I was walking on cloud nine, but her deep compassion. I always looked forward to catching up with her during my sessions--it was like seeing an old friend. I am so excited and happy for her big move, as she and her family deserve the best, but I will sorely miss her here in Missoula!

I've booked several sessions with Grace Ridge Rolfing in order to realign my body after a long summer season of physical labor. Working with Elli is always informative, relaxing, and leaves me with happy back and shoulder muscles as well as better overall posture. I would highly recommend booking a session whether you are a seasoned veteran of rolfing or brand new to the concept.

I can say I have had over 20 sessions from Elli and she is one of the best body workers I have had the pleasure to recieve from. I have been a massage therapist for over 35 years and have recieved body work from over 150 people, some have been good, others have been great but Elli exceeds my expectations every time. She is a wonderful person who carries a positive energy and has a strong sense of intuitiveness.

Grace Ridge Rolfing with Elli is an incredible experience. She is knowledgeable and professional while also being open to what works best for each person. This was my first experience with Rolfing and even a year after the 10 session series, I feel more confident and comfortable in my own body. This is worth the investment in yourself.

Working with Elli at Grace Ridge Rolfing has been a great experience! She is kind and easy to be with. She is talented and knowledgeable in terms of body work. Working with Elli has been my first Rolfing experience. I have enjoyed the work, and the positive outcomes in my body and movement!

Elli was my first introduction to rolfing and I'm so grateful for the work she does. She's kind, knowledgable, safe, and intentional and brings all of those qualities to her practice. I highly recommend visiting Elli if you want to feel and move better!

Elli is wonderful. She is the 4th Rolfer I have seen and has been the best. I combine her sessions with Foundation Training and yoga for the best results. She has helped me with mountain bike trauma and asthma as well as structural integration so I have fewer acute problems. Rob L

I've been having back, neck and shoulder issues for as long as I can remember. Working with Elli changed that after the first session. Then, each time we met, I felt changes in my condition and left with a greater understanding of my body. (Bonus: she's kind and sensitive, we could chat, or just relax in quiet solitude ... it was wonderful.)

Elli creates a space that is safe and healing. She is very knowledgeable about the body, and went beyond what I expected to help my injury and recovery. She is incredibly kind, energetic and genuine. I recommend her highly to anyone who is is recovering from an injury, or just wants to get a "tune up."
