I visited this spa twice. The first massage was excellent - the masseuse was skilled and worked hard on my back, I also left a generous tip. However, my second experience was disappointing. The massage was just average, and when I tried to tip $30 (a 40% tip for a one-hour session), the masseuse insisted on $70 (a 100% tip) and wouldn’t let me leave until I paid. While I obliged to avoid conflict, this behavior was completely unacceptable. A spa should provide relaxation, not feel like a scam. I will not be returning.
