I have been going here for 3 years + for haircuts and perms. Every perm, every haircut has been amazing. Extremely good prices that you will not find anywhere else and I mean literally. Service is beyond, all the girls there are super nice, personable, and fun. Makes a long appointment feel like 5 minutes. When I lived in Spokane for some time I didn’t come here as it was too far, and none of the places in Spokane could compare to here. Glad to be back!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience getting my haircut here! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. De'Ann took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered great suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. The end result was even better than I expected—I walked out feeling fresh, confident, and completely taken care of. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their clients. Highly recommend if you're looking for a talented and friendly hairdresser in town! My teenage son got his haircut at the same time and requested a mullet. I can't remember the lady's name who cut his hair, but she did a fabulous job, and my son loves his new haircut! Thank you so much ladies!

My mom needed a new style because she is not able to get her hands up to her head anymore. Janelle did a great job listening to what mom wanted and gave her a great cut. Mom looks beautiful and is happy with the style.

Decided to try this place out because the place I normally go to closed and I did not notice until I needed a haircut the other day. Walked in and asked for a pompadour. For those that don't know a pompadour originally was like an Elvis Presley style of a haircut. I guess nowadays the name can mean a few different styles so it can be difficult explaining it to some hair stylists as surprising as that may sound. The lady that cut my hair must have been the owner I assume. Extremely well experienced in her knowledge of hair and how she cuts hair as well. I left feeling like I found my new barbershop! I am still stopping and checking myself out mirrors that I walk by! Also I got the haircut for a job interview and I got the job so that says a lot in itself! Amazing place, highly recommend!

Haircut wasn't cut right. But it's hair and the back will grow. Too thick of acrylic on nails and the acrylic wasn't down to the cuticle. Got home and filed them down and repolished.

I've been getting my hair cut here since I started getting haircuts again in 2021. I let my hair grow during the pandemic so I wouldn't catch that thing. It worked. Started it just getting my neck shaved for about a year and then I let Des cut it all off and I couldn't have been happier. I've had the same appointment now for 4 or 5 years and I'll be going here as long at I have hair on my head. Thank you Des!!

I had my hair highlighted and cut. I loved the way the color looked. There were a couple issues. First I specifically said I wanted a haircut that was no fuss. It took her 30 minutes to use a curling iron and lots of spray to get my hair to "behave". It took me about a month to figure out that my hair was fried. My hair is very forgiving for bad cuts, but my hair has been completely out of control.The ends are all messed up and no matter what I do ( hair masks, different moisturizing packets) my hair looks like I got electrocuted. Here's the thing that is upsetting to me. I understand things happen. But when I called, the stylist took absolutely no responsibility. I KNOW my hair. She says there was no way this could have happened. Well, my hair was fine when I went in and now doesn't.. so yes it is something that happened there. She didn't even suggest I come in to look it over. When I was in customer service the motto was " the customer is always right. Obviously a completely different era. Even if she didn't take responsibility, it would have been nice to get some time to listen to my concerns.

Deann is awesome. I love her personality and she always does her best to get my hair exactly how I want it whether it's a trim up when my hair is long. Or a full cut an style.
