I had my second facial with Shivania, and once again, it was an amazing experience! I waited until my second visit to leave a review because I’ve had inconsistent experiences with facials in the past. Shivania has been consistently exceptional. I prefer firm pressure during massages, and she delivers the same level of care and technique during her facials. If you’re looking for a true facial massage that relieves tension and leaves your skin feeling refreshed….not just someone lightly rubbing products on your face; I highly recommend booking with Shivania. Her skill, consistency, and attention to detail have earned me as a returning client.

Hayley is the best. I love her facials but her hands are really magical. The chest, neck, upper back, and cranial massage is the most relaxing part of all. She's good at what she does.

I wouldn't know, 2 cancelled massage appts back to back in less than 13 days. 1st. They booked me with a massage person who wasn't even working that evening. I paid for a babysitter, I drove from 35 mins away and for them to tell me that after 15 mins past my booking time. They had someone on the booking who didnt even work that weekend. 2nd time was a few days later and they waited to text me and tell me my massage person cancelled 30 mins before I leave my house. Its almost 6PM!!!! And 20 mins before the cancel tell i got a text saying and conforming my 7pm appt and no one had the thought to call me sooner before I paid for another babysitter. They had all day to find someone else to fill the slots or call. The most unprofessional massage place I've ever gone too. I do many massages a year and this was supposed to BE my mother's day gift and I've never been met with such unprofessional and lack of care for customers.

I scheduled a last minute facial and got in with Sophia. It was a delightful experience, very relaxing just what I needed. I was running behind and Davvy was the sweetest thing in the front. I scheduled an appt for my husband can’t wait for him to try you out, thank you again!

I have had Swedish massages from several therapists at Hand & Stone, Lacey. All were excellent! I typically see Heather now and she’s amazing! The staff are kind and helpful. Definitely worth the cost of membership.

The check is quick and simple and your Massage Therapist meets you right away. Mine knows my preference and ensures all the areas are treated the way that I want them treated. She is great at what she does and I love the way that she knows how I like things done.
