Scheduled a 90 minute massage. Once on the table was told they could only do 60, if still dressed would have walked out. Then the massage was way too hard and rushed, nothing about it was relaxing!!! She spent 80%on my back vs a body massage and even though they say they focus on feet, she didn’t even touch them. Then was told the price quote was cash and if I used my card it would be another 3%!

Honestly, I got a good massage here. The therapist did a great job working out the knots. However, the vibe felt a bit off when they started hinting about tips and demand . I understand good service deserves recognition, but it felt more like an expectation than appreciation. Maybe just focus on providing great service and let the clients show their gratitude in their own way?

I love this massage store, Clean and relax. Anna is the best! This location is easy to get to, lots of close parking and my massage therapist Anna is the amazing ! She does great deep tissue work, So glad to have a massage therapist who understand my messed up neck and back:)

PSA they "require" tipping. After a pretty mediocre massage, I decided I was going to leave a $10 tip. The woman was persistent on telling me at checkout that they only get paid the tip amount. I was confused but I ended up scratching out the $10 tip on the receipt and wrote $15 instead. I felt very uncomfortable and frustrated. Then the lady at checkout mentioned she rang me up front and my total was supposed to be $93, not the original $83 I paid (total I actually paid $98 because I added the $15 tip). At this point I was pissed off enough I refused to pay more because of their mistake and truthfully they were not getting more money out of me for such poor services. I am all for tipping for services but this entire exchange was terrible I only left tipping $3. Go if you wanna be berated into tipping.

Can owners be transparent why you are not paying the therapists as a professional for their time causing them to beg from the client for a juicier tip to get paid? That sounds like slavery! Or, is this not true that you do not pay them for their time and they are just trying to con the client into emotionally feeling sorry for them because this should not be happening in a professional center for massage. Does the Washington board of massage therapy know this is what is happening there if true, as it appears to be free Labor practices according to the practitioners that are not happy without pawing for a tip I do not want to support a business that mistreats their practitioners like this.

I would like to address a concern regarding the discrepancy between the hours posted on your business door and those listed online, as well as the communication I received from the massage therapist. I am giving a two-star rating, as the massage was satisfactory, but the customer service was disappointing. After enjoying a 90-minute massage and leaving a generous tip, I made a follow-up appointment for Sunday. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend, and when I spoke to the staff member over phone, her response was rude and dismissive. When I requested to reschedule for Thursday, I sensed her reluctance, and although I appreciated the quality of my previous massage, I began to feel unwelcome. After a bit of back and forth, we settled on a time for Thursday at 10:30. Upon arrival, however, I was informed that there was no record of my appointment, as I had allegedly been scheduled for Monday instead. This was contrary to our conversation on Sunday where I had clearly stated my availability. The staff member's response of "oh, well next time" was insufficient and felt dismissive. This experience has led me to believe that my rescheduling may have been mishandled deliberately, which is unacceptable. I strongly advise improving your customer service, as there are many establishments in Silverdale that provide a more respectful and accommodating experience for their clients.

After getting a massage as I walk out, the therapist said that she only get paid by tips and her boss gets the payment of the massage which I believe is not right. I gave her 10% (i wasn’t fully satisfied with the service it was lousy, my fingers were pinched from the stone, she also rubbed the stones so hard on my back) which is $10 from the 90 minutes session ($99) but she said they require 20% so I took back my $10 and gave her $20 instead. I never experienced a service that requires a tip and I wasnt fully aware if this is in their policy. I reached out to confirm about the tip requirement and never got a response. Be Aware!!!

WARNING for anyone that comes here, they will argue with you over a tip and ask for 20%. I was handing the woman a tip and she argued with me over $5. This is disgusting and unacceptable. Only for me to find out I overpaid for this massage since the Groupon and tip already costed more than what I would’ve paid going there in person. A tip is something people give willingly, it is not a requirement. Don’t post signs about tipping around the establishment and try to force customers to pay more if they ask for change. This is a disgusting practice, you have no idea what people are going through or if they were gifted this massage and to expect more afterward. I regret tipping at all after that. I’ll be reporting this place for their practices

Note that if you ask for a couples massage they put you in separate rooms. It really just depends on who you get. The first time I got the owner and she was amazing. Then after that everyone else is terrible at giving massages. The card machine stopped working and I had to give them cash. The lady demanded I give her a better tip even though she hurt me the entire massage.

Anna Song is a magical wizard. I’ve struggled with chronic back pain for years and she is my only cure. She shared that she had previously worked in the chiropractor business with a certification to show for it, and it’s very clear when she’s working the body that she knows exactly what to do. I always leave giggling out of relief.
