I get massages on a regular basis and have a good sense of what good massages feel like. This place let very inexperienced “therapist” do massages, not worth the time/money.

Taken advantage of their services several times with good results. Very disappointing they have become come so aggressive about tipping. Complaining it was not 20 percent when it was 18.

Oh boy - I’ve had a lot of massages in different cities, most are pretty much the same. Every now and then, I’ll find a real gem, but in this case, holy smokes was it LOUSY. It was uninformed, no flow, all pointy elbows. Adding to the rough experience, I asked specifically to target my lower back and legs, and she just went thru the standard routine. I was heading to the airport for a long flight and read about the body scrub on their website. Figured that would be a nice send off. Mentioned it at the beginning, and asked about it at the end, and the gal had NO idea what I was talking about, even though it is pictured / advertised on their website (under Updates). After paying my bill, pointed to their website, owner / boss said “next time”. Yeah right, no way I’m coming back. Save your money, find another place, they are all over and ALL of them have to be better than this clown show.

I came in wanting a deep tissue massage and the girl, unfortunately don't know her name,,, was excellent gave me a real massage with great strength, I've been to other salons and spas that I could barely feel them getting to my sore muscles. I even asked that the full 90 minutes be focused on my back and neck, I will be returning, great place

I am a marathoner and also works at desk for long times. I need help with lower body massage to recover for my long runs and also relaxation for neck and shoulder for desk work. Lydia helped me last year so I could recover from injury and finish Berlin and New York marathon and she’s helping me this year with cervical radiculopathy symptoms. She’s such a good listener and works with me well adjusting to my needs in different areas of my body and with different intensity. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience here! The masseuse really knows her stuff about acupressure and tension relief. She managed to relax my muscles without the usual pain that comes with deep tissue massages. I left feeling so much better! Thank u Xue Mei!

Linda gave me the best deep tissue massage! I know that there were several comments complaining about the massage therapists asking for more tips but Linda was not pushy. I wouldn't have minded if she was since they are working so hard. Massaging people all day cannot be easy and I deeply appreciate how much better I feel after a great massage. This facility was clean, accepted walk-ins and pricing was fair. Thank you Linda!!

This place used to be very good. I have been going here for at least 3 years. They had great masseuses, and the place was clean and well managed. None of the good masseuses are there anymore. I don't know if the namamgement has changed. I got massage from 3 different therapists in the last couple of months, all of whom were mediocre at best. The last time I was there, the massage was not good at all, no particular techniques. She just gave me a body rub instead of deep tissue despite me asking for it multiple times during the session. Then, at the time of payment, I decided to give her only 10% tip instead of the usual 30% for a good masaage. The masseuse started literally screaming at me and angrily demanding more tip. When I told her honestly that the massage was not good, she got angrier and continued screaming louder. At which point, I got back that 10% tip from her. I will never go back there again!

Lydia does an amazing job, I only go to her! She is a true professional and knows many techniques to help relieve my back and shoulder pain. If you want to have an EXCELLENT massage, ask for Joy! She is very nice, pretty and professional. Great experience. I’ve been going to Joy for maybe 2 months now (I do a 90min massage every time). She is an excellent masseuse! All of the other girls are very nice, too.
