I was very nervous because I had never been to a chiropractor before, but the moment I walked through the doors and met the staff, I was greeted with so much warmth and comfort. Every time I visit, the front desk team is incredibly kind and caring. Chris Rivera, one of the doctors, is extremely knowledgeable in his craft. It’s amazing to be able to talk to him about the aches and pains I’m experiencing and have him immediately understand what’s going on and how best to address it. Sometimes I’m not even sure how to explain what I’m feeling, but he always manages to understand and help. Alicia, the rehab specialist, is also incredibly experienced. Whether it’s exercises, cupping, Graston, or ART (Active Release Technique), she knows exactly which treatments will be the most effective in helping you recover from old injuries and break down scar tissue. What initially brought me in was some severe pain that I could no longer ignore. Since coming here, that pain has completely gone away. I still continue to come in regularly because of the incredible staff and the confidence that I’m doing everything I can to keep my body healthy and functioning at its best. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for knowledgeable professionals who genuinely care about their patients.

Dr. Rivera and his entire team are awesome! I started seeing Dr. Rivera after a car accident because I was dealing with neck and lower back pain, and he has helped me so much. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and always takes the time to answer questions and explain the treatment process. I also want to thank the whole staff, assistants, front desk and specialists. Everyone at the office is so friendly, professional, and truly cares about their patients. From scheduling appointments to treatments and follow-up visits, everything has been excellent. You can tell they genuinely care and want the best for their clients. I can’t mention everyone by name, but every person I’ve met at this office has been amazing. The customer service and overall experience have been outstanding. I would also like to give a special thank you to Yuliya, my massage therapist. She is very knowledgeable, experienced, and truly cares about her clients. She always takes the time to understand my pain and focuses on the areas that need attention. After each session, I feel much better and more relaxed. Her skills and experience have helped me a lot during my recovery. Yuliya is professional and very kind. If you’re looking for a great chiropractor and massage therapist, rehab exercises I highly recommend Dr. Rivera, Yuliya, and the entire team. My 1st experience seeing a chiropractor and I totally "hit the jackpot" with Innovative Chiropractic Rehab & Massage! I've been a patient of Dr. Rivera for nearly 2 months and both mobility and range of motion have improved from 50% to 90%! Also, my pain level has decreased from 8 (10 being most painful) to NO PAIN! Both Dr. Rivera and Dr. Sadee have provided me so much knowledge about my care plan, I feel like I'm taking better care of my spine and central nervous system in my 40s than I did as an athlete in my 20s! Alicia is PHENOMENAL with PT, one of the most brilliant professionals I've ever worked with, hands down. GO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! This is the same as "making good choices!" All the staff are friendly, kind and informative. From the start of my treatment they were welcoming and attentive. Dr. Rivera knowledgeable in his profession. He listened to what and were I was having discomfort. As well were I was having pain. He was able set treatment and therapy to address my issues. By following his directive my physical and mental well-being has improved.

For nearly 30 years my husband & I have had chiropractic care on a regular monthly schedule. After the passing of our beloved chiropractor we were in search for another excellent one. We were referred to Innovative Chiropractic Rehab & Massage. We found the atmosphere very welcoming! Dr. Rivera and the staff members are very cheerful, friendly, professional and totally awesome! There was a couple year gap, of not having regular adjustments, before finding Innovative Chiropractic Rehab & Massage. My spine was out of alignment and I was in excruciating pain. Between the adjustments and exercises, personalized for my condition, my situation has been remedied. I'm back to my energetic self and I'm very grateful!!

Been going to Yuliya for massage therapy for a few years now and she's absolutely incredible. I've been to a dozen or so different massage therapists and she's the best, no contest. I can't speak highly enough of her talents. As a business, the location and booking process is convenient, the space is clean and professional, and the front desk staff are friendly and stay on top of things (like sending out insurance paperwork).

Great chiropractor, I’ve been coming here off and on for a few years now. They used to have massage therapists in-house that accepted insurance but sadly they got rid of that, quite a bummer as this was a main point of me going in. Regardless, I’m still very happy going here and will continue to do so as needed. I recommend tacking on the Graston therapy, it’s worth it.

Living with scoliosis and having two 18-inch Herrington rods in my back was always a challenge. I’d been to several chiropractors before, but none of them could quite help me. Then, I was recommended to Innovate, and I decided to give it a shot, though I was skeptical. From the moment I walked in, the team made a fantastic impression. They had bright smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at ease. Dr. Chris stood out immediately. He took the time to thoroughly review my X-rays and carefully figured out what adjustments could bring me relief, and what areas were off-limits due to the rods. I was amazed at how methodical and knowledgeable he was. The results? I feel better than I ever have! Even with a 62-degree curve in my back, I’ve found significant relief. The clinic’s environment is open and refreshing, and the physical therapy team is top-notch. So much so that now my wife and friends also go there! If you have scoliosis and are hesitant about adjustments, I highly recommend Innovate. Dr. Chris and his team truly deserve an A++!
