Janae Fletcher is absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and relaxed. She is highly skilled, intuitive, and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. After experiencing a probable career-ending back injury, Janae was my 2x/week massage therapist and a major contributor to my full recovery. She is the most intuitive and effective massage therapist I've ever seen and, after another 15 years in my intensely physical profession, is the first person I turn to when I have a flare-up or experience another injury. During a massage session, most often she tells me where my hot spots and muscle tension areas are before I can get the words from my mouth. Janae’s knowledge about the body, mind, and soul is incredible! She brings this into her massages which makes for an incredible experience! I love starting my session by grounding with deep breaths. I love how she addresses each body part and brings her knowledge about the body to give me the most personalized experience for exactly what I need! One time she even did a house visit because I was experiencing a bad neck pain. While this isn’t her normal offering it shows her character so much… caring, nurturing, and looking out for her members. I’m thankful to have Janae as part of my wellness routine and I highly recommend her!!

I’ve been visiting Janae for relaxation massages every 6 weeks or so, for about 4 years. She is excellent, applying enough pressure so you know you’ve had a nice massage. Never too much to make you squirm. She’s friendly and engaging but knows when to let you quietly unwind. Perfect!
