I had a wonderful facial from Aliene and I am SO GLAD I tried out the Japanese head spa. The massage was wonderful and I feel so relaxed and like jello! I plan on going back to her again in the future when I want to feel pampered!

I had my third massage with Jenni Downing this morning, and I feel fabulous. She is absolutely amazing. She listens to my needs and tailors my massage accordingly. She is always concerned about my comfort level and uses the precise pressure I want or need. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing in itself. If you are looking for a one time Ahhh...moment, or a long term therapudic relationship...Jenni is your girl. Make an appointment...you won't be sorry. I promise.

I love this spa! It’s like a little trip to the tropics every time I go. I usually see Lisette, who is AMAZING, but this time I tried Aliene and she was also incredible! The facials are so wonderful, relaxing and rejuvenating. It’s easy to fall asleep because I feel so relaxed. You won’t regret your choice…book your facial or massage right away!!

I love coming to Kailani! Lisette and Jenni are so kind, warm and inviting. They are excellent at listening and creating a calming environment. I’ve had a facial and several massages- all are so wonderful. I’m also impressed with the value received with having a membership.

Jenni is absolutely amazing love her massages. Shes very professional will listen to your body and knows how to work it. With my massage yesterday i was in so much pain! She comforted me and helped me feel better even though i was really bossy and pushy on what i wanted she didnt get frustrated with me she just wanted to make sure i left happy since ive been to two places and nobody had helped me. Today im feeling amazing. I recommend jenni!! Very compassionate about her massages and makes you feel warm and welcome will be back for sure!!

Love this Spa. Each service I have received has been wonderful. Relaxing and calming. Tanya is amazing. I feel safe and relaxed in her care. I look forward to my monthly visits as well as trying different procedures. Woman owned.

Had a 60 minute massage with Lisette - highly recommend! If you're looking for a lot of pressure and deep tissue you may want to look elsewhere, but for light to medium pressure she's perfect. Lisette is wonderfully warm and caring!

I got a facial today at Kalani Spa. I can't believe how much better my skin looks and feels. She did some lymphatic drainage and a puffy spot above my eyebrow is now gone! She used a pumpkin spiced mask that smelled wonderful. She uses Young Living essential oil products. Every product she used on my face felt and smelled so good. Best facial I've ever had.

Today I experienced my very first Lomi Lomi massage at KaiLani Spa and it was, hands down, the best massage I've ever had. The minute I walked in the door I felt the warm welcome of aloha and was treated like ohana. I was impressed with how clean the spa was and the attention to every detail, including careful observance of covid safety protocol. Lisette was kind and professional as she invited me to relax on the heated bed and let my cares float away. Lulled by soft Hawiian music and sounds of the ocean, I was able to completely relax as she skillfully coaxed my tired muscles to rest. The whole experience was so enjoyable as I felt completely safe and cared for. It was truly wonderful and I would 10/10 recommend.

A wonderful, nourishing environment with amazing massage therapists and estheticians. I've had a facial and a massage by Lisette and two massages by Jenny. Both provided me with the upmost in professionalism and tender care. I highly recommend this spa!
