We've started using Klein service since January 2026. Right from the start, customer service appeared to be incompetent. Several mine as well as my partner's appointments after registration were cancelled or messed up without any notice. The scheduling task was not carried out with sufficient planning and future projection so that each customer would get at least two appointments per month fairly. So, it happened again. And this time, we haven't got any calls (after our appointments got cancelled at the last minute) while repeatedly asking to be on the waiting list. No appointment set up for the month of June and/or July (for my partner). During both of the above incidents, we got frustrated showing our critical concerns of not having enough efficient communication, the office manager told us don't talk to them "that way", and asked us to seek another provider. Between those two incidents, they kept asking us to see two other chiropractors instead of our intent to see Dr. Klein. We then witnessed a chiropractor quit her job! The bottom line is this: they appeared chasing people away instead of providing decent customer service?

This was my first visit. I was very pleased with the way Dr Klein took time to ask questions and learn why I was there. I have gone to chiropractors for years in different states. I rate Dr Klein at the top with the best. His office staff is very friendly and efficient. The sweet dog was a very pleasant surprise.

There's something unique about Klein Chiropractic, because Doctors and staff members are outstandingly amazing. Doctor Klein make sure Your well adjusted. Doctor Hefner has a gentle touch in adjusting and very efficient. Madison is such a hard worker and makes You feel welcomed always go beyond expectation. Tessa is well oriented and attentions to details. Massage Therapist are amazingly super great! I'm not sure who was my favorite because they are all different, but I'll never forget Christine. 🥲

I moved to the Lacey area recently. I found Klein Chiropractic and the first visit they did a thorough workup with background information and x-rays. They worked up a treatment that is better than I've had before. My headaches and neck pain are better. They are very thorough.

Dr Klein is absolutely wonderful. I recently had emergency gallbladder surgery that resulted in great back pain. He was able to reduce the pain to almost nothing with only three appointments. His staff is very friendly.

Irene is a star! She takes amazing care of my son who has cerebral palsy and has a therapeutic massage regularly with her. Highly recommend!

Both Dr Aubrey and Dr Klein are friendly, respectful, professional and truly listen to their clients! It feels as though I am coming to visit friends when I come in for an appointment. And the front counter staff are friendly and truly get to know the patients that come in! And Bam the office dog is a great, well behaved dog/greeter :)

I’ve seen three massage therapists and all are amazing at what they do. Although scheduling far in advance is harder (because they are in such high demand) I appreciate being on the cancellation list for anything that pops up. Would highly recommended Klein for any massage needs.

This is such a great office they are great with scheduling. Appointment timing is very important to them. I love how quick and easy it is to get seen and be ready for the day. Even after pausing sessions for few months, it was so easy to come back and schedule to be seen right away, happy to be back and on the way to feeling better. Thank you!

I just had my massage with the new massage therapist named Kristine, not sure if i spelled her name right. But nevertheless shes awesome! She found all areas im having trouble with without even telling her, and she took time and a lot of effort to work on that spot. I felt so relieved after my session. Definitely 👍 👍 for her. Im hoping to be assigned to her on my next visit. Thank you very much!
