What a truly amazing experience I just had with Melissa! I got the CBD full massage treatment and I have to say that girl has MAGIC hands! Every touch felt so intentional and hit all the right places. I will definitely be coming back. What an amazing experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I've been to Melissa twice in the last month. She is very attentive and caters to your needs. I leave the appointment feeling so relaxed and happy. Her space is very comfortable and the location is easy to find. There's plenty of parking. Definitely go see her!

I’ve been getting massages for over 20 years, and I can confidently say my first massage with Melissa at Kneaded Remedy was the best massage I have ever had! Her technique is so unique and enjoyable. I’m never in any pain when she’s working on my muscles, but she is still somehow able to get in there and get some amazing work done on my problem areas. I booked appointments clear out until next year because I didn’t want to risk her filling up!

I cannot rave enough about how incredible Melissa is - she has literally changed my life!!! Every time I walk into Melissa’s room, I instantly feel peace. She makes her clients feel at ease with a calm + cozy space, made even better by the fun, kind, and talented human she is. I love that Melissa is super transparent about the importance of listening to your body’s needs. She won’t push you too hard just because it feels “good” to hurt, or take it easy if you’re wanting to heal and have change. I’ve gone to several massage therapists over the years and none have compared to how well Melissa adjusts to client needs, healing my body over and over again. I go in as a tense, pained, stressed person and come out loosened, rested, and joyful. Melissa is super transparent, authentic, generous, and hilarious. I’m so grateful that I found her in this hidden gem of Spokane, and I hope you can too!!

All I have to say is "WOW!" Melissa is extremely sweet and professional. I had been looking around Spokane for a new massage therapist for 2 years, once I came in for my first appointment I knew that this was exactly it. The massages here are a perfect mix of relaxation and therapy, the room is always nice and cozy. Melissa is very communicative during the massage to ensure that you are always comfortable. The online booking is easy and convenient, I would recommend this office to anyone that is looking for serious rehab for sore muscles! Thank you Melissa!

I went to Melissa for a 90 minute massage with cupping. The massage was amazing, I have a lot of tension in my upper back and she was able to work out the kinks while still making the massage relaxing which is a challenge! I appreciated her check in throughout the massage and she spent time at the beginning going over my lifestyle and areas of concern. Very thorough and enjoyable massage.

This was my first professional massage and oh my! It was absolutely amazing! Melissa was kind, up beat, and professional. Anytime a spot would hurt she released the pressure and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I'll definitely be going back and telling everyone I know about her services.

Melissa is an excellent massage therapist! I started getting cupping massages to remedy soreness from weight lifting, and it truly works! It has also provided me with so much more including a path to healing an old shoulder injury and gaining range of motion. Melissa is professional, attentive, fun, and friendly. I highly recommend her!

Wow! What a great experience I had with Melissa at Kneaded Remedy. She took time to ask about my lifestyle and areas of concern to determine what areas to work on. During the massage, she checked in periodically to ask how the pressure was . Needless to say, it was great. Melissa was very attentive and professional.
