This is the best physical therapy office anyone could ever go to. I have had therapy over the years here for several different injuries or surgery recoveries and they have been amazing. I cannot scream enough accolades from the top of a mountain to explain how great this facility is. Thank you for all of your help.

Sarah Eid is an amazing PT. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about the body and dysfunctions but she is an excellent listener which absolutely makes her excellent above the rest. She explains things so well. Her communication skills excel. She has helped me with managing my Vertigo and is also helping me with my other balance, pain and mobility challenges. I am a complicated 58 year old with many issues I've been dealing with for years, but she's attacking them one at a time and has opened my eyes to seeing possibilities to healing when others couldn't. She has tricks up her sleeve that others have not shown me before. I am amazed at Sarah's abilities. I see light at the end of the tunnel again and that feels good. I highly recommend her!

Therapists are great and so is Renee in reception but it's not worth the billing miscommunication. I was an L&I patient and they routinely billed my insurance company in error. Also, they misquoted when my last coverage was and didn't communicate it in time for me to lump it with my personal costs and send to litigation. Although treatment ended seven months ago, I still don't have a final number to submit to litigation in time for reimbursement. It's possible everything is still incorrect. I had so many uncomfortable and awkward moments making sure L&I was selected as guarantor and getting weird looks about why I would be asking. Move on.

I first visited this clinic for physical therapy after breaking my ankle in 2019.. Fast forward several years and I aggravated that same ankle... The therapists who work here are truly there to help. I'm an adult with pathetically small feet and Keith did not care. He simply observed, realized that my feet were too small and worked with me without any shame.

We love this place. It's a new clinic with great equipment. We always got seen by doctors. When waiting line is too long they tell you when you can get back so you can go to do something instead of sitting in the waiting room.

Matt and his team were amazing at helping me with my frozen shoulder. It was my second frozen shoulder and this time it went much smoother than my first which I rehabbed elsewhere. So thankful to have found Matt and the Lifestyle team.

Left me tricked and humiliated. I was referred by my doctor for an injury sustained in lifting something awkwardly. The technician asked if I had been in a car accident, it happened that a few weeks before the incident lifting I had been lightly rear ended in stop and go traffic. The tech decided to ignore the doc referral and treat me for a car accident I was not injured in. This made it so I had to pay out of pocket for something that should have been covered by my health insurance. The staff made sure to call me a liar and a fraud loudly through the waiting room as I payed the full fee out of pocket for a service I did not want or need. Awful experience, but it lead me to Maple Valley Physical Therapy were they treated me based on what I was referred for and I had a wonderful experience!

Kalen is amazing! This is my second time going through physical therapy for my shoulder. I have more movement in my shoulder then I have had in years. Only half way through my treatment and feeling great.

I have to give zero rating due to their billing department and costs of evolutions. Their costs are too high. For my low complex evolution they billed with two cpt codes whose charges are 5($32 vs $168) times high, 2.3($88 vs $207) times high than national average. I don’t dare to visit them again.
