I was referred to Karina by my chiropractor and am so grateful I found her! Karina is strong, skilled and professional. I've had many massages over the years and she is one of only two who are her caliber, in my view. If you want a relaxing experience, she is wonderful. If you want intense therapeutic massage for a specific condition, she does that, as well. She is intuitive and adapts to what is needed at each session. Overall, Karina is absolutely exceptional.

Excellent massage therapist, very kind very personable, warm and inviting space. I've been to about a dozen massage therapists in this area and she has by far been the best at deep tissue/pressure. If you have a problem I am confident she can work it out and she listens well to concerns. Knowledgeable and skilled, and was great with hot stones and cupping. As a dental hygienist that is hard on my body, I have been pleased with my results from Karina!

My experience with Karina has been nothing short of amazing. The first time I went to see her, I had just herniated a disc and was in an unbearable amount of pain. She was so accommodating and tried everything she could to make me comfortable. She was kind and encouraging, and even continued to check in with me over the following weeks to see how I was doing. As soon as my body was healed enough to make another appointment, I didn't hesitate. 11/10 would recommend her to anyone looking for a massage therapist!

Bruising that runs down my arm is from fingers and hot stone. I did not sign up for cupping and had never tried it before this but she recommended we do it part of the way into the massage. When I told her I was very sore all over after (which I still am days later) she told me it was normal for deep tissue, which I also never signed up for or asked for and have never had done. I think she may have assumed I wanted it because I asked her for “a little more pressure if you’re able” right at the beginning when she wasn’t pressing very hard. All and all I enjoyed her presence but do not feel like I was looked out for in this appointment, or that it is safe to turn a basic massage appointment into intense cupping and deep tissue midway through without informing the client of how intense it actually is. I am upset that I came out of a massage appointment that was supposed to be for occasional stress relief with full upper body soreness and bruising instead.

Karina is a wonderful therapist. She is well versed in many techniques to meet each client’s needs with precision. Whether I need concentrated work or a full body work over, she is ready with whatever my body needs, from; just gentle touch, hot stones, cupping, or deep tissue, to name a few. Karina’s facility is always clean and comfortable. She creates an environment where you can enjoy your massage in complete meditation silence (other than the soft music) or in invigorating conversation. She offers a wide variety of options for massage session length too, which is nice because I am never ready to be done at just 60 minutes. She’s worth every penny, no matter the session you choose. I highly recommend her.
