Noelle was great! She made me feel very comfortable and at ease while we talked about stuff. I will make an appointment again with her. The next time, I might not really want to get up..see you shortly! My body was way too relaxed.

Right hand don’t know what is the left hand is doing. That’s how I can described my impression for this place. I came in for the first time to this place on the beginning of September with my insurance information. Also, advised my referrals information and scheduled first massage appointment 2 weeks out from there for them to do what they need to do in order for the appointment to be covered by my insurance. However, after my first appointment, I received a bill for $90 as per receptionist words: “accounting have yet verified info with your referral”. I scheduled second appointment for another 2 weeks out for them to figure it out what they need to figure it out. Guess what? When I came in for the second appointment, nothing has been done and the receptionist told me that I would have to pay for the massage again as accounting had yet confirmed the information from the referral. Obviously, I did not proceed with the appointment and left. I gave one star ⭐️ only for the massage therapist, David, who gave me a great massage at my first visit that I end up fully paid for myself.

I want to give 0 star since they did inform me that the service would be covered by my insurance but after 4 sessions, they let me know that they are actually not contracted anymore so I had to pay for the copay + rest of the deductible, so basically paying for the full price. It's like a scam where they say that you'll be covered without even thoroughly checking first before setting with all the bookings, then they slap you with a bill MONTHS after your last session with them, demanding a full payment of with only a couple of weeks before the due date. But I added 1 since my therapist (which was new and was then not with them anymore) and the receptionist has been nice to me. Now they said that they will be transferring to University Place, so good luck with their next customers there.

Was referred by a friend. Set an appointment and arrived and checked in and went to the back. Masseuse was crying prior to meet with me and abruptly canceled. Waited three weeks for the appointment. Went back up to reception to reschedule and did so for two weeks later. Called a couple of days later and they canceled again. Spoke to the friend that referred me and they admitted that this was normal behavior. Truly unprofessional and poor management of staff and expectations of customers. Sad

I had my insurance consultation with Dr. Leny Tiu and was blown away with the amount of detail and care she provided. She honestly has been the best doctor I have had EVER! I recommend everyone should go and see her. Great doctors are hard to come by these days.

Had my first session today with Gregory. It was amazing, I felt like he listened to what I said and what my shoulders and neck were telling him. I'm going to be sore tomorrow but it is going to be a good sore and worth it in the long run. I'm going back next week and looking forward to it. Would definitely recommend!

David Cano has been my therapist for over 8 years and truly the only one I’ve found with amazing skills at deep tissue. His talent is like no other and would recommend with over 5 stars!! His knowledge is beyond anyone I’ve ever seen (and there have been a lot) I don’t think I can ever go back to any other therapist as his work always corrects my entire body!!

I purchased a gift certificate for a friend at this location. The staff was very welcoming, professional and helpful. While my friend was in her session I decided to purchase another session for her. The staff treated her and myself so well. I feel this was a great investment. When I spoke to my friend after her session she said, "I feel like a feather". She spoke very highly of her massage therapist. I highly recommend visiting Massage ME.

I am so glad that this place is in my life! I am a hold over from it’s previous identity and I am so happy the new owner took over!!! Not only is the front desk service become more exceptional but the therapists seem to be happier. That means a better quality of care for their clients. My therapist Sly is truly a miracle worker and I will never go to another establishment as long as he continues to work here. He is thorough caring and receptive to the individual persons needs. My entire family and I have been clients of his for over five years now. Thank you for being so great at what you do at Massage Me!

Unbelievably unprofessional! I booked a massage at 'Massage Me' well in advance, only to have them cancel on me at the last minute due to their blatant overbooking. They clearly prioritize squeezing in as many appointments as possible over providing reliable service to their customers. If you value your time, take your business elsewhere—this place is not worth the hassle!

I have been getting massages from Stephanie as part of my treatment after recovering from a car accident. I’ve seen her about 5 times and not only have I noticed significant improvement in my neck, shoulders, and back but I’m also enjoying the relaxing part of having a massage. When I first started I wasn’t comfortable with the idea of a massage but everyone here has been welcoming and kind. I recommend giving Massage Me a try, especially Stephanie. I’m happy I did.

New and amazing Massage Spa!!! So far I have seen Sly and Stephanie and they both have been amazing. Wonderful staff, nice and clean place. They really cared about relieving my pain. I would recommend them to anyone.

After being in a severe car accident with a semi truck, Massage Me became an intricate member of my medical team. Sly and Dave taught me how to reset my body after this injury. Sly fixed my TMJ completely when doctors didn’t know what to do. Dave was instrumental in teaching my body how to relax again. I am beyond grateful for their support and of their great knowledge of massage therapy. These therapists are Top notch!

David and Sly are both excellent, very professional and kind. David is amazing for a calm, relaxing massage. Sly helped relieve my neck pain and even taught me some stretches I can do at home to help myself!
